Zipwhip

This has been fantastic for my Tax/Accounting practice. Missed appts are a thing of the past, with scheduled text appt reminders. Would love to see an encrypted version so clients could send me confidential source docs like W-2's etc. Much quicker reply/response times to get answers to questions than other mediums like email & phonecalls.

At first it was fine now it's not I'm going somewhere else this isn't a way to run a business you can't even text anyone because it keeps crashing.

App is okay. It doesn't auto capitalize the first typed word. You are also unable to send any kind of emoji. I don't think I've seen an ap update since I've had this downloaded, and it's been a while.

A messaging app that doesn't auto capitalize the first letter of a sentence? What is this a class project from middle schoolers?

When I send a message it doesn't show up until I refresh the app.

I was introduced to Zipwhip when it was just a webapp at Sprint. Then I got my first Android phone, and discovered the android Zipwhip sync app. It worked great! I installed a zipwhip app on my windows XP/Vista computers and was a texting fool. As I became more adept with Swype, the need to send texts from the desktop diminished, but it was convenient to read received texts from the desktop. After an update the program wouldn't fully open before crashing. Afteranother update it would open but if you clicked on a conversation, it crashed. Also know that all of these computers migrated to Windows 10. UPDATE: Seems to be working again.

Works and good support via email.

I used it for 3 years & liked it, but now it will not work with the new Aug 3rd 2016 update. They only favor SALES. No Where on their website is support for past customers! Support contacted me but was unable to fix the problem they created on update. Bottom line... TOTAL TRASH NOW!

Sorry zipwhip. You did something that made your product inoperable within the last year or so. I thought it was temporary at first. Now I wonder why it even appears online.

This service has become essential to my relationship with patients. But the mobile app is terrible.

Not a great app but it serves its purpose. Notifications are not accurate. Sent by is not accurate. Needs help.

We just started this for our 800 number for our company. We have 2 people monitoring it. It is very cool. I predict texting will be the preferred method for customer service Communication in our company

Allow the ability to change the notification tone, and allow for reminders on unanswered texts. This will allow me to hear the message better, and in case I don't, be able to know that it still needs a response

I really like this app. It keeps track of messages on my pc at work. It is especially important if I forgot my phone at home. I know if someone is calling or texting and I can call them back.

Love the app just wish I could turn off the notifications when I'm not at work!

I like this app generally. I got it after updating my computer to windows 8.1 so I could text from it. And it doesnt have to be your default texting app on kitkat 4.4! I just wish my contact pics would sync too.

Awesome application to help businesses become part of the text network.

It would be great if I could copy and paste in the app.

Honestly to all of those who only write bad reviews about this app is because probable they don't have a minimum idea of what's running a business or have one, with your bad comments just trash peoples companies and hard work, instead just let them know whats not working so they can improved their work. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PROMPT ANSWER., i believe is a little glitch in the app that still doesn't allow to insert the attachment or the taken picture into the message. Thank you

What ever you did in last update made this a junk app. Now there's no way to get rid of read text or unwanted text, mskes this garbage.

I love it. I am lazy to describe it but just try it n it will make your life better

Alway freezes, always crashes

Works great. GS4 to laptop or desktop or wherever I need it to be. :) But since the update on my phone, it stays on constantly and kills my battery. I uninstalled it, but will continue to use it, installing it periodically... Love the app, if they could just make it so I can decide WHEN it runs that would be great.

I drop apps without timely updates. The UI sucks. It's slow and laggy on S4 and Shield tablet. Focus on the sync for all devices to allow users to use their favorite texting app for tablets.

This is a great app, I have it installed on my pc and on my phone, using my business phone number. Now I can even receive pictures in my pc, unfortunately in my phone I can't but while selling services and products is great to have contact with clients 24/7...great app!

Great idea, and I hope the desktop app does what I need. I'd love to keep this installed, but it just sucks too much battery.

Using app to forward msgs to tablet. Tab doesnt get notified when i have recieved new messages at random intervals. App misses out on whole parts of multi part texts, causing me to have to refer to my phone when i use my tablet, which is what i was trying to avoid to begin with. No bueno.

The app is very spotty with my tablet. Very slow and choppy. By the way, I love the app with my laptop.

I used to use this app to text from my work pc and from my iPad at home but now the SMS never seems to go from this App which has it, to the Text app on the Android phone. A real pity. Will raise a support message.
