Sprint Web Texter Plus for Android
Linked website a disaster. Super slow and group recipients receive mail from a variable number not your name. Impossible to set up a group. Worst of all, running at 50/50 as to if send will go through from desktop even after reinstalling everything. Company's email only support doesn't help.
So i get a refund of what i paid monthly seeing as how it hasnt synced aince august 2016
Iove sprint web texter
I am very disappointed that this is a paid application, and most of the time it will not connect to my desktop! For the second time in two years, why am I paying when it doesn't work???
Please...the Sprint website should be accessible from Sprint phones!???!?!!! Redikz.
It just keeps saying disconnected and it wont add my text messages to my computer
Does not work period!
Desktop client launches web client. Hey, that's handy because god forbid I open a browser all by myself. Aside from that, zero features that make this service worth $2.99/month.
Doesn't stay connected! Sprint can't help b/c its an app. Its a waste of money!
Sprint.... This is as good as it gets.
Please update this app for i cant update my update app. I am upset
I am very disappointed that this is a paid application, and most of the time it will not connect to my desktop! Please fix this ability to use it for a paid application!!!!
Perfect
Good luck
Doesn't web sync
Doesn't help if it messes up the primary source of texting.
waste of time Broke my phone and i was expecting to install the app to see messages turns out you needed the actual phone
They want 2.99 a month for the capability to send a text from you computer, however if you use mighty text you can do this for free. I would think Sprint would offer this service as a perk of being a sprint customer it would make sense if it went along with it WiFi calling feature the only difference is sprint would care about it customers enough to offer the best service that is possible for them. Just food for thought but since you have not updated the app in over a year it might just not matter.
Can't receive texts on my PC. Can't get tech support from Sprint or ZipWhip. Paying for service that SUCKS!
First off, there are other apps that will do this at no cost. I understand how Sprint thinks they can market it as a feature, but they don't understand that this is a utility and that it should be a standard. That is value and it's very little or no cost to them to do this. Google Voice does the same thing. Just get that instead. Last thing, is the developer. This app doesn't even work. It doesn't recognize my phone number. They have poor programming skills. Sorry, but it's true.
So i downloaded this as part of my sprint service and between this and the computer app it was supposed to let me text on my computer at work but most the time not only dose it not work it will some times only send part of a message if it doee send anything at all. Come on Sprint get your act together. Verizon's web based texting worked just fine. And no weird application that i had to have installed.
good
Confirmed Awesome
Didn't work #SGs2
It's a decent app. It does what it's supposed to and makes it a lot easier to text to more than one person at a time when your phone is not really suited to texting all that well. Overall a 4 out of 5.
Its mot free
It requires you be connected to data if using on your phone so if you don't get reception but can get WiFi, you are screwed. Doesn't make sense since you use WiFi when on a PC ...Why not your phone?
It's amazing Sprint
Really good
Good

Horrible sync capability. Ok, full disclosure, I may have been spoiled by Verizon's VZW web SMS/MMS capability, because it works like a champ - synchronizing message threads between my smartphone and the web client perfectly... putting messages in order with time stamps, etc. The difference? Verizon stores things effectively in the cloud and "pushes" SMS/MMS. Sprint's service runs entirely on the handset, requires the app on the handset (smartphone), and if the app shuts down (inactivity), your web capability stops as well because it can't communicate with the app running on the handset. Everything with Sprint runs from the handset.... kind of defeats the purpose if you can't have a smartphone in your work environment throughout the day or whatever your limitation may be - you've got to walk to your car anyway to check for messages!!! I gave it 1 star, because they do at least have an app... it just sucks. Between the spotty throughput (as low as 750 Kbps with full 4G LTE bars for minutes at a time), and this MAJOR lack of capability (the web SMS), I'll be leaving this carrier at contract end. (Psst, carrier... it's 2016; get on board.)
