Zap - Real Estate CRM

It's just ok, real glitchy. i.e when I open app up it briefly opens a survey disappears before I get a chance to respond. Also, when you select the more link the app freezes and I have to restart the app. Other than that and aside from other stuff I be read but not experienced it's just ok.

Website works fine, but function on app doesn't work properly

Website works great but the app is horrible. When I login the screen flashes between the dashboard and my contacts. Sometimes it eventually stops but it is so annoying. I usually can't use the app to update anything and I give up and just get my computer out. It's sad because I love using Zap and will continue to do so, but this app is worthless.

This App hasn't work for my Note 5 in months. I have reinstalled several times with no luck. If the app works again I would give a much higher rating, but for now it's totally useless. *2/5/17 update the app still doesn't work.

I bought a new Galaxy Tab A tablet. I cannot even login. I tried multiple times. I even uninstalled and reinstalled several times. It does not work.

Keeps telling me my session has timed out before I even sign in

Have tried several times to sign in and it won't let me in, very flustered

I can't log in on my mobile device and I am not at a computer. No phone to help either. ...ugh

Needs updates on the more page since it freeze.

This app is simple to use

This is just beta version with has errors. Looks so good, but I don't recommend in real transaction. Desktop version will be helpful, not this one.

Easy and fun to use. Great for when you are on the go and need to "zap" something right over to a customer! Handy little app to have. Would highly recommend!!!

So disappointing that you did this to the App! This is a big problem if Mobil for Android doesn't work. Can't see leadsxni email showing and doesn't even save anything. It worked great yesterday????????

Makes follow up with clients and prospects a lot easier and on the go

It is apparently still in beta and has lots of bugs to iron out and some wrinkles in it but I'm sure at some point it'll be a lot more effective than it is now. it has some interesting features but so far it's not a stand-alone program.

I was told once you log in, it stays logged in. When I try to log back in, kept being told not my user or password.

This app makes it very easy for my agents to update their customer interactions on the fly and syncs with the desktop version.

The app on my Samsung Galaxy stinks. Most of the time it locks up. Not reliable. PLEASE make it work!

The app is very bare bones for now but does what's necessary. Would like to see a visually attractive User Interface built.
