Would love if the app worked like the website

Has few filter criteria; cannot find multi-family housing. Very crude.

It won't let me look at any houses

Easy to use.

The newer version gets rid of the school info which the older version has. The school info of a property is critical for me and don't know why the newer version omitted it!

I love it because you give every info on how to purchase a home with a mortgage and how much to put down and the monthly payments will be. So thank you.

Older version years ago was much better. Auto rotation makes it almost not usable.

The fact that my wife and I cannot share to each other in the app is frustrating. We can text each other the links, but then it doesn't open in the app, I have to be logged on via the browser to save. The path from a shared link to view it in the app needs to be there.

So far, I love the app!

Saved searches never load. The main page will load your saved queries and show that there are X houses in search, but as soon as you click search it will say nothing matches your search.

Has half the features of other apps. Only saves half your search, doesn't alert to new listings, can't block properties from showing and seems much slower to load. Has a along way to go

Good app but the results keep showing pending houses and there is no way to filter those out. What's the point?

Notification of new listings never takes you to the new listings. Doesn't include listing of all schools

The mobile website has more filter and sort options.

I can't get it to work

I like it because it up to date with what's going on with the property

Can't get to work I put in what kind of homes i was looking for it told me that there was none and I know that there is at least 30 plus!

Kept me updated on new listings and was great!

I bought a home 10 years ago with the help of the zip website and have been using it plus the app off and on ever since. Love it!

I did not have any trouble using this app. But I did not like being forced to the top of the list again when ever I viewed a home.

Useless and not up to par with touch screen technology.

your app says there no homes available within my criteria that's not true I gave other realty apps and they show plenty. so based on my experience I feel I was being generous to go e you a 2. if you fix the app and the search o may change my rating. but right now your app is the worse realty app useless every town I go do a search it says no homes on that criteria

It tells one, there are no homes one minute then there are a bunch. Then no matter how one filters it, it gives one random...let's just say it doesn't follow the information one inputs. It gives one homes from wherever it chooses randomly. Annoying as hell. Sadd.

It does not allow you to put certain criterias that you are looking for, very frustrating... As other people have said no homes available then all of a sudden there's homes available... More options or criterias need to be available just like the website has pool, no pool and so ect...

Can't search by key word, sold, or new construction status. Repeatedly says no results when there definitely should be. Keep trying. Deleted for now.

Wouldn't let me save houses I liked. Deleted.

Great app. Very detail oriented. Love the home detail page and the map with all the nearby stuff
