This is one of the worst optimized and designed applications I have ever used. It ran so poorly and crashed so often on the store owned iPad I had to start doing it on my Google Pixel to avoid taking an hour or more to do inventory, with crash numbers in the high 20s. On the Google Pixel it performs better, but is still poorly designed and has frequent stutters due to poor loading.

App keeps stopping and won't load after upgrading a min ago. I restarted my phone 3 times and still the same results.

Honestly this app is doing well for what it is supposed to do. Had the one issue where it would not load to pos last night but was fixed instantly, thank you for the support. I marked it lower as it has a tendency to black out in between items when entering counts, followed by the occasional force close. Are there any ways to remedy this issue? I am using a brand new Kyocera live phone with full Android updates. Thank you in advance. Update: purchased a new phone and eliminated some issues. My only concern is employees refuse to download due to memory issue. Can this be made to transfer to an sd card would rate 5 stars otherwise

Helpful but slow

Too many glitches. Constantly configuring but nothing seems to get better. More of a hassle then an aid. Makes inventory day stressful.

It is too memory intensive. Unless you have an expensive phone with 2G RAM it is horrible. They need to make it web based and put the procesing power happen on server side. Also, updates can cause the app to not work and their solution? Uninstall and reinstall. Shouldn't have to

It's good but not great still missing things from the inventory! Like large hot cups , milk , nachos box, hot cup lids and others!

It is not really good but we have to use it....We have not option

Sometimes it loads slow, but it's still way faster than manually submitting

So the app itself is pretty good, it's pretty easy to understand and pretty functional. However, if a person (like myself) had been doing inventory for a long while, it makes doing inventory longer and more cumbersome. This would be great for new franchisees or new managers though, if you get them on this first, it'll be better. Update: After a little bit of using this, it makes things much easier. I highly recommend it.

Crashes all the time, it's slow. Always uploading things wrong. It's always a hassle having to use this. It causes my inventory to last a whole hour longer than me doing it manually.

This app is great, however the tech support is by far the best I've ever seen!!!! They call you asap to help with any issues!! Today Riva saved my day and my inventory when I made a mistake! I emailed for help and he called me in less then 5 minutes!!! Thank you so much!!!!!

Saves time and energy

After an update I no longer can find the salad bowls or to go boxes... but its on the iPhone version...i need it on Android version.

It sucks that I have to use this. It constantly freezes and the load time is stupid. The orders it makes don't make sense. And between it and my post, there's a Mis fire or something. My numbers on my wisr change from one print out to the next when I recount with the app.

It works well but it does not always upload everything as I type it in so I have to go back and fix the count manually in my POS system.

Love it its just when i load it to my pos doesnt add the bvg syrups or carb pops

after updates, current products like Sriracha sauce has to be found manually.

Every week a new problem. Constantly crashes, slow uploads and the last two weeks it has uploaded the same trucks to the system twice. I am consistently having to restart inventory or truck orders. This app is good in theory but has to many glitches to be of any time saving importance.

It's great until we set up our inventory the way we want and then i come in to do inventory and stuff has gotten moved around, deleted or added without our consent. Just last week 90% of our inventory list got cleared off so i had to do a manual add until i could go back in and add all of our items back to inventory.

Easy to use

Simplified the process by eliminating some redundancies. No need to enter data over and over again. Integration with POS system and US Foods is very good. But the automatic order feature is not that usable. Creates crazy orders

Keeps adding random items into my Stocktake every week. And force opens it self after you close it. Only way to stop the open after using the app is to restart the device
