ZipGo - Commute Smarter

Service is good and has made my life easier while commuting to office. One thing which I would suggest is that please share realistic information with respect to delays (instead of system configured standard 10 min delay) so that if i can decide on taking an alternative mode without getting delayed to reach office.

From Mng 7.30 to 11.30 if u run the busses it would be very happy to us. It should be upto ni8 12 Oo clock because we have timings from 2-11 so that we can travel with out any problem

Horrible experience. There was no vehicle that arrived to pick me up although the payment was made. Customer service is pathetic as no one receives calls and I did not get a refund as well.

Horrible experience..The main thing required in public transport is reliability......if the shuttle does turn up and there is no proper information what is the use of such a service ?

It would be better if zipgo allows booking for complete month for fixed timing. Please consider providing vehicle parking space near important stops and getting into next bus if a person misses the shuttle.

It doesn't taking the details, the route preference. Whenever entering the next field the previous one get resetting (home and work location).

Very bad experience, tried for the first time ,driver didn't pick me up from the stop at all(I had to run behind the tempo) instead drove so fast and stopped after 2-3kms ahead and made me to walk , meanwhile he kept me so confusing with where he stopped that I had to just miss it ......

It's a good service for employees who are working in cities and having less routes. My suggestion is while you are generating m ticket please provide the tracking link .so that it is very helpful Thank you hope you will do this

I have been trying to call from morning no one receives, I have even mailed ...hope at least service is better ... I was trying to request for a new route from judicial layout(jakkur) from 8-9 am to Cessna business park(kadubeesanahalli) ..vise versa pick up from Cessna at 5 30 - 6 30 pm....I need it on weekdays !

Very good initiative from ZipGo team towards creating convenient, economical way for daily office commute. I find it really good. just one suggestion for ZipGo team to add an option of change timing along with cancel. At times I just get stuck in a meeting and not able to make it in time for the cab booked.

I am frequent user of this service, but customer service is very poor. You get to talk to a customer care guy, but no resolution will be provided after dropping the call. Also, the customer service emails aren't being responded to often. Today my zipgo left before schedule, and the customer service couldn't help me in anyway even after I told I will catch the bus in the next stop. Had to take a leave for this sole reason. I was also promised a refund for the trip, but no follow up on that. Please understand that people use your service only as long as they are satisfied. Once you piss a customer off, you lose them.

Great initiative in a city like Mumbai where the public transport is already too much stressed to handle the huge no. of passengers. This app helps me reach my workplace from Koparkhairane to BKC, with a proper seating, in an AC tempo traveller, and on time. People are ready to spend more on comfortable and a cozy travel, and Zipgo has definitely helped them achieve the same. You get your vehicle location when it starts, get SMS when it approaches your stop, what more would an office goer expect. Great initiative team!!! Hope it gets better and better in terms of frequency and wish you a great success... Awesome customer service as well that in case of some or the other failure, refunded the respective amount in minutes without any extra charges... Wonder why this has a 3.9 star...it should be close to 4.5 or higher.. Zipgo Rocks!!!

Previously I was happy with the service. But now it's not going well at all. Cabs are delayed by 45 mins. As people are using it as office transport it should be punctual. Everyday 45 mins wait for a cab is irritating and if it will go like this way I cannot plan to travel from this further.

Once people use their service will never atleast get an idea to shift to another commute service. Less price, More comfort (AC), on time pickup with not more than 5mins delay, they try level best to drop on time. Loved the real time tracking. Very nice service for office commute and app also user friendly...their customer service is also excellent, prompt response to your feedback and quick resolution... Best experience today during heavy rains in Mumbai (29th Aug 2017), they promptly rescheduled their buses to make sure people reach home safely (much before similar step was taken by other shuttle service providers)!

Worst bus service ever. Sometimes bus is cancelled and sometimes driver is coming late by 30 minutes. It is better to go by train then wasting money on this fraud bus service.

Unable to update the profile details. When I set the home location, work location field is resetting itself to blank and vice versa.. without filling these mandatory fields i can't use this app. Please fix this issue

This app doesn't have an option to select timings. What should a user do if he/she want to commute in the evening but the rides shown are available only in the mornings. Not a user friendly aap. No proper display of information. I really expected a lot. But the experience was disappointing.

Gps will not work in vehicles, driver wont pick up calls, app will not give you right information. All your plans will get flop if you trust this service

Now a days I prefer Zipgo instead of other services as its more convenient and suits my timings. The customer support is awesome. So stop waiting...just Zipgo..

Had a very good experience.. Arrived almost on time. Just 10-15 mins which is expected in Bangalore traffic. Cab driver responded well on call.Time saving, cheaper and better than Ola and other cabs..Viewers should definitely try!!

All wallet money gone with reason "end of year expiry of credits". An informational email a month before removing all credits would have served the purpose. On what basis to topup the wallet?! Can't trust. Their reply says they sent notifications! Surprisingly only this notification didn't reach me, but all their promotional mails regularly drops in to mailbox. Admit it, you got customer base and now you don't want to retain credits mainly earned by referral scheme. This type of unprofessional business fails in my audit. And now it is "ZipGo credits have an expiry period of 30 days from the date of credit"! ha ha ha... initially the referral credits terms were different, now updated it to 30 days even for the old users. Actually I thought RTO had troubled ZipGo and supported ZipGo only to end up here like this. Looks more like RTO did the right thing, they knew the business and now well settled with customer base and funds. Now everyone should know that ZipGo will change their terms to their benefit at any point of time to match their audit requirements. Just beware.of their tnc when u load ur wallet.
