Carmozo - Car Service, Car Repair & Car Mechanic

I had given car for servicing, and it was not serviced well mannered and facing new issues. No proper response from the engineer. I paid 9300 servicing with clutch plates. Today I am facing sound in engine, AC & Heater has gone. Worst servicing without prior checks and handovered. They just making customers as fools.

Initial engineer did not do a proper job for all tasks that were given and then no follow up. Excuse was that there was no other engineer for a month. Update1: Lowering rating to one star since I got no response despite me following up. I'm expecting the next response to be "we never received your email" Update2: half amount taken for a part that was promised on 12th. Still waiting. Service really poor.

Excellent people's and good on time service and the best thing is they are honest I don't feel any car service better than this great people's ,really this guys are doing great all the Best carmozo ????

Hey everyone. Hope this review helps you in taking a wise decision. I'll tell you how this works. they are making fool of customers by promising complete service at cheap prices. most of us don't have time and accept what they say during delivery of the vehicle after service. In my case, i asked for complete service which included air/oil/fuel filters, alignment and balancing. I went to service centre myself (BOSCH MUDRA) Service centre refused saying they can't do service at rates provided by CARMOZO. CARMOZO should do their homework before committing it to customers. I had to argue with service centre for semisynthetic engine oil(which customer care promised). This is the most important thing where they fool us and make money. Promising semisynthetic engine oil costing Rs 1200 and putting cheaper non synthetic oil Rs 300. (surprised !) After service i came to know that only air filter was changed, as other filters were in ok condition. Even alignment and balancing was refused because their driver said it was not required. Then why the hell did i pay EXTRA Rs 1500 for complete service. I couldn't do anything as i had already paid. I spoke to customer care rep and you won't believe what he said. He said please come back if there's a problem in your car. Do you want me to wait till the car breaks down! If i have to wait till then, why did i get the service done. There was no point speaking with service centre, who treated me like i was begging for something free. Filters were not changed and even customer care could not do anything other than saying sorry. Finally, they agreed for wheel alignment. the service centre driver took my vehicle somewhere without telling me and came back within 15 mins saying alignment has been done at some other centre. Are you kidding! I had no option than to accept what he said. Will get the service done again by some local mechanic. I hope everyone who has given 4/5 stars is not surprised with my experience, they only cared about on time delivery and not good service experience. PS : my point is.. don't rely on app, there are no free lunches. If it's cheap, service will be substandard. CARMOZO is just an agent and it can't assure you a good standard of service. Speak to service centre and ask if they are ready to do everything mentioned in that price and make sure they do it.

App is nice but response is not reliable, I choose nearby local garage.

Opted Eco car wash and loved it !!

The app is not updated with the latest price but full credit to that team for stepping up and providing a good service at the earlier mentioned price. The car cleaning service was superb with a very thorough team.

These people doesn't do repair service but instead they replace things. 1000 expected expense will cost you 1 lakh.. one of the worst service to grab just money...

These guys have just started up. I used them today ( Sunday ) as I had a flat last night ( Saturday ) and there was no one who'd come and fix it late in the evening. Sunday being a holiday, most puncture shops in the neighborhood ( HSR layout ) were closed. These guys were prepared to come to my doorstep and fix the puncture. Their staff too was friendly and did the job with a smile. Keep up the good work and keep your employees happy! Thanks!!

Wasted my time. In my Moto X, App asks for location settings, then take me to Uninstall app page. Ensure quality before releasing software.

Had to get my car dent fixed. Got an immediate response on placing the order. Nagaraj was at my place in no time. The job was carried out perfectly. Would definitely use their services again. I have used their service today. I have surprised by their service. They came ,checked car and suggested what is required where those will be done. For their driver & analyser they have charged nothing. Thanks Carmozo nd incharge nagraj garu for his explanation

Loved the concept of service @ door step. Gives flexibility to talk to technicians and watch closely. Staff is knowledgeable and professional. Case was addressed in 2hrs including brake pad replacement n ecowash
