Pathetic service.. after two hours of placing the booking and making a call to know the status, I was told there is no electrician available. Were you guys waiting for me to make a call and ask the status??! First and last experience with you guys. Uninstalling the app right away..

Disaster. The carpenter I hired didn't turn up. Customer care said they will call me back but they never did. Website is buggy it gets stuck on the OTP page for ever. APP is worse you can't track your orders. Can't get worse.

Worst services....They don't have professional attitude... I ordered for a service and kept on waiting for champ's visit but no one visited my place, I called customer support and they told me that champ's mobile is switched off so we can't help you.. Is this a joke??... This is the way to run the company or to ruin the company?.. God bless you guys.... Never recommend this app to anyone

Now home cleaning is simple with this app. Afrer booking service this app clean every corner of my home. Its cost is less compare to other and I like its work. Its provide many other services like plumbing, pest control and more.....

Absolutely Rubbish !! No professionals. No time commitment. Change the time of service on their own. I have restricted the entrance of any zimmber guy in my society of 1500 flats and also committee has put clearly on notice board that this company is strictly prohibited within the premises

Worst services. They say "on demand, on time", but no one turned up on scheduled time. They deduct money if customer reschedules time. What if their engineers fail to reach in time.

This is most trusted app for home services. I am book pest control service and it's done his work honestly. It's save my time and money because it's give discount everytime when I am book service. I am recommend it's to all.

Biggest Fraud organisation with unethical practices... False & Fettle Commitments... I have never seen the work process like zimmber... Poor services with fraud activities and fattle commitments... I paid the amount for my work and guys are telling me service are discontinued... I have never expected this type of services from zimbber. I had book the appointment for Thursday 4pm to rectify the given complaint of water leakage work. I had received the call from executive regarding work. I explained him about Complete work. I suppose to get the estimate from your executive. I had recommend around 3 more customers to zimbber. Awaiting for your reply...

Zimmber very use full app in Cities NW days very hard to find house sweepers that pay huge amount per month in this app u may pay select work and too many services available in this like Electrical , sofa cleaning,computer repair, plumbing,and lot more apart from this

I had pest control in my house on 23rd April 2017 booked through zimmber but i can still see lots of cockroachs & ants in my house this was the worst pest control as i find no difference total waste of money & time ..... Worst service these people are frauds dont go for any service

I ordered AC servicing but their handyman was a con. He told me there is no gas in the ac and if you dont go for a gas fill, condenser will fail. I didnt have any cooling issue so I let him go by paying 250 for visit, called another person and asked him to check gas level n it was perfect.They hv tie ups in diff cities n service matters on person U GET!!

My first experience and didn't think it would be so annoying.... Fixed up appointment at 11 am basis slot available when didn't turn up called ...Said will reach in one hour(12pm) .... Shocked no one turned up again.....When called post 40 min past the rescheduled time (12.40pm)....Tried to cancel order .. got to know will be charged penalty ( ideally they should be paying penalty for rescheduling and wasting my time )The exe assured she will arrange the champ at 3 pm ...Things don't end here....In 10 min I get a call sorry we cannot service you today.....last but not the least I get call once again saying champ is available should we send. ...... So in case you don't have any work and day is smooth try this APP assure you will have a new experience..

Very bad experience. This is the first time i have applied for ac service. They have schedule the appointment at 1.00 pm and after 1 pm i get msgs are champ is working. I was confused which champ engineer is working on my ac as no body came.after i got a call from engineer sir i will be late i will come at 5.00pm and then again 5.00pm gone no body visited.But msgs are still coming that our champ is cuurently servicing your Ac. Really disgusting.No punctuality.No value for time.And no champ visited to my place . Thank you Zimmber.I wonder your champ is still practicing .

Totally unprofessional no time commitment. My services were rescheduled six times and even on sixth time no person came so do not waste your time with them.

Expensive service..the work what i have got for rs 620...i could have get it done below 200 from out side....expensive and not having clearity before service..not recommended to anyone

1st order, marked complete by Zimmber agent (who came late also) without the work done. Dirtied and spoilt my working fan. Highly disappointed (order no. 306481)

I booked plumber service for 12pm on 9:30 am the same day. First they called me on 11:45 stating that plumber will come by 2 pm as there is some issue with timings..i agreed.. then they told me that he will not come as no one is available on sunday.. if this is the case then why do they book orders on sunday and cheating the customers by wasting there time. Pathetic service..no option of 0 star otherwise would have rated it 0 star..
