Zillow Rental Manager

App showed listing as active but public web site showed off the market. No response to repeated help requests. Useless.

My account said my listing is active but I can't find it when I do a search on Zillow or trivia but I see it on hot pads app. Used to work good before.

When the listing is posted in Zillow, Trulia and Hotpads each website displays something different than the information provided, important details, like the number of bedrooms or the contact information. I have tried to revise the add for over a month, expiring it to try to upload again but nothing works. Emailed Zillow to ask for help but no answer and in the meantime the unit sits vacant

You can't edit active listings. Useless

It will only access four pictures from my phone. So to upload photos to my ads I still have to do the computer version

You can't log in through Facebook! So I can't log in!

It needs so much work!!! Why in the ???? is it not compatible with android tablets, two times I tried to post thru it to Craigslist and just as I get to the end, it freaking disappears and doesn't save anything, it is not user friendly. I have defended using Zillow and recommended to other landlords but not anymore. When there are 1 or 2 houses near mine, not as valuable or nice, Zestimate on my house is lowered! If there were not so many people using it to search for houses, I probably would not use it. I am so ???? to have wasted two days literally!!

This app will not upload the all photos that I select and the few photos that do eventually upload take hours. Super slow, too bad otherwise this would be great for us to advertise our properties

The app works great for advertising apartments and tracking communication. If it could also help could manage who lives in which apartment, especially who has paid for a given month, checklist style, it would be even better.

Won't let me acess pictures keeps kicking me back to the description section when I tried numerous times to upload.

The app was very useful to track our listing. Helps to track the applicants.

Needs work, lots of work.

Doesn't provide as much help as their emails do. In attempting to reply to potential tenants the app keeps no record of replies. It's easier to use Gmail to manage inquiries. No way to send the auto replies their email allows. No way to know which applicants have been replied to, which have scheduled showings and which are waiting for a reply. Applicants replies don't show up in the app either. Really a bust.

I could not even log in, kept getting an error. Major fail.

You need to let adults make your apps because who it was needs to go back to computer programming school. You need a lot of help in so many areas its hard to tell you where to start. Pictures would be an awesome start

Too many glitches. I cannot upload photos properly. Also annoying to browse who contacts me

Like every other reviews DOESN'T work. Can't sign in, post don't upload, just a waste of time. Zillow you just SUCK!!!!

I forgot that I even had an ad up, there were 5 leads and I received no notifications for any of them. I checked the settings and those notifications were turned on, but yet, I had no way of knowing without searching inside the app. Great concept, less than desirable execution.

Since the new update, I have a hard time uploading pictures.. In rental manager when you go to photos, it wont let me choose between different folders, it only shows "Recent" but in actuality the photos that pop up first is when I first got the phone and i have to scroll to the bottom to upload them, which is REALLY annoying when you have 1000+ pictures. Please give an option to choose folders.

Keeps looping back asking for login despite proper creds.

After entering my user name and pass, the app appears to be loading then it takes me back to the login screen....

Forever "loading data", I wish I could give a zero! Never logs in.

Was having an issue with my listings not showing up in the app at all. I Uninstalled the app and re installed it. Now it's showing me about half my rental ads. This app would be incredibly useful if only I could get it to show me all of my ads. This issue is especially frustrating because I just switched from iphone and their version of the app always pretty much worked perfectly.

I keep re-entering information after I'm done and I hit submit.. it erases what I previously entered. I receive messages via email telling me my ad is not activated. Will give 5 stars when fixed. Note 4

This made renting out my house a breeze. All the leads in one spot integrated with my phone for easy calling. It also collects the info I need for next steps. Thank you Zillow team

Lots of errors and unable to post the rental. Waste of time!

Always deletes info after you enter it. Glitches all the time. Finally gave up.
