FTP Express Pro

2017-07-03: This is the BEST SFTP App Available ! Nothing else comes close. Works great on all my servers. I have literally built 7 websites with this app. One of my most used apps. I use it everyday in junction with QuickEdit Pro Text Editor. This is the best SFTP/FTP app for Admins.

Awesome work! This works with my Linux FTPS explicit server.

Used the free version for few months and finally upgraded it to get rid of ads. It's working flawlessly.

Why remove background transfers??? Had to download an old version apk from some random website to have a feature you took out. My phone DOES NOT work with this app unless background transfers is enabled so it's utterly useless without it.

Used the free version for a while and it is good. Upgraded to PRO. Developer is responsive to questions, have had no problems. Use it to connect to my NAS. 5 Star app for me, would be higher if possible!

Purchase the App and figured that webdav service makes the app crash! Please fix it :)

I tried about 5 apps (free and non-free) and ended up with this one. Worth the price. Comfortable to use. I really have no complaints or wishes for this app. Trouble-free. Edit (May2016) - not sure what happened but last version 3.0 became unusable (10 second lags on every touch) with Gene6 server's FTPES. Was fine with previous version as well as every other client I try. Nevertheless, maybe it's time to retire the aging Gene6 with something newer.

I discovered an issue with uploads to an Apache WebDAV server and Stefan was very responsive in isolating and fixing the issue! Solid support for a solid app! A+

The only client I've found that allows background transfers that actually works!! I can trust that if I set a transfer to or from my device, lock it & come back later that the transfer completed flawlessly. The only improvement I'd love to see would be FXP transfers so I can manage multiple servers without having to pull the files to my Android device first

Everything is so very fluid!! Problem is that I would like to upload a file from local -> remote simply by clicking it once. At the moment it opens a text editor but there should to be an option to choose. Besides that, how about a shortcut or widget that does just that as well. You click the shortcut and it syncs a file or a folder of your choosing to the remote location. Also, give an option to remove confirmation overwrite dialogs. Also, each time I hit the back button it makes 2 click sounds not 1.

Nice and responsive. I was in a bind and was able to setup a new Drupal site with the help of this app. Would like to see tablet support (side by side local and remote instead of having to change screens)

A greet program, a must have app for web developers.

Used this to access my website hosted by LunarPages. Works perfectly for file transfers. Now I can do simple updates using my phone. Super! Well worth the price of the paid version.

The best FTP client I have used on android. Effective with a clean and easy to use interface. Developers respond very well to suggestions and support requests.

I liked the free one too. But ironically, I uninstalled it because I don't need it now that I have the real version. Just in case my review of the free one goes away, I'm typing a new review here. People used to GUIs shouldn't have a hard time getting it set up and running. And it runs great on my Samsung Galaxy 7.7. (Ha. I just saw your warning about exporting my sites before uninstalling the free one. Well, I wouldn't have known I could export my sites but I only had ONE. (And now I know how to set it up.) But thanks for trying.) I think it's sad that there's been 100 times as many downloads of the free version as this inexpensive version. Considering all the stuff out there that doesn't work, people shouldn't be taking advantage of people that make things that do work. (And I'm using a tablet. I don't know what's not "optimized" about the UI.) I just noticed that it CAN unzip .ZIP files! Outstanding! (Need more than 5 stars.)

Nice holo style ui and swipe to next screen is awesome. Very fast. Thanks
