After updating my vine thermostat, nothing but app problems after that. I was using the xing control originally and that worked flawlessly until my update. All I'm getting is network failed from the app on my phone.

Controls both of my TJ-610 thermostats without issue.

Customer Service is Excellent and Speedy! Resolved issues quickly. App features a lot - from real-time status, lockout, reports, ... Which others don't have. They told me they are working on geo-location & filter status in the next version(s), which I'm looking forward to!

this thing is a big joke, the room temperature now is 85 and cant get it to comw down, flaky connections, many fake company's employees reviews here.

Nothing is working today. Can set time or date. The whole thing is off track. I'm just about to put our old school thermostat back on the wall and call it a day..this stupid

Love the app. Makes it easy to check and control thermostat anytime and anywhere. Just wish it had a landscape mode to rotate to. I use a tablet at home to control it and landscape would be so kuchen more convenient on the tablet.

Used to work fine, since the April Android security update it crashes whenever I try to open it.

Could have more options... frequently closes as well

It works great. Now we new Alexa control.

Connection to thermostat is spotty at best. Even issues while on same WiFi network. So many problems. Wondering why I bought this. Updated 3/2017... Still garbage (both app and device). Should have bought a nest.

Don't buy it! You can never connect with device (no response from device).
