User experience while registering was not good so I didn't even bother to complete the sign up. App looks like HTML forms from their website. Got stuck in a loop trying to back out, screen just toggled between login and register activities. Popup chooser for combo box controls looked like an iOS control or something. Startup screen had the bottom half of the two icon buttons chopped off. Choppy transitions. This was on a nexus 6.

Being that I manage my entire family's medical care (5 people), this app allows me to keep track of all past and present medications, reactions to medications and medical conditions. This is great when you are continuously on the go. Great way for you to keep up with your medical care as well. I absolutely love it! I highly recommend it.
