To register, you have to pick a random number. I see in the competitive area other countries can choose an actual user name. One week after getting this app to work, it is trying to force an update instead of using Google Play Store update, and I don't trust this app. To many permissions, no explanation, and a forced update that bypasses the Google store. Use at your own risk.

After the forced upgrade, i could not properly register any email account. Always returning an unknown error. Does not even have a forgot password option. The app does not even sync properly on iphone.

Failed synchronization with smartphones thus it's not useful as purpose of health device is for monitoring. Also new version had removed reboot button. Please rectify synchronization and data for sleeping data.

Once registered and coming off the app once you go back on to log in it gives me an error so I am unable to login or even register a new account I want to use this for sleep monitoring but I am unable to get on the app to see any of the records. Please fix it as the app is literally unusable.

I have been using M2 band for nearly a month and all of a sudden unable to check my details on the app, as my app a/c is logged out & when I am trying to use the app it's asking me to put my login ID but when I am trying to login it's not supporting and there's no option for forget id / password so that one can reset the password or come to know of logging credentials. Do fix the app ASAP.

Worst app of all time . Once u register n try to login u get the msg wrong password, no option for forget password or reset or retrieve ur I'd nd or password.

Useless. Too many permissions. Fails to login. Chinese characters in notifications. Updates outside playstore. Get it together properly.

Trying to log after new update impossible! Everytime there's an update I either loose half my data or I can use the app.

What the heck do they need to look at all my contacts or my photos or any other data on my phone this is a bunch of b******* stay away from this app at all cost

Thos app runs perfectly for one day then it says stopped working if ww retart the app they ask for sign in again when i tried to sign in it says (unknown error 1039000)

When i tried to register my M2 it said unknown error in my phone .{LYF Earth1

It is not working well. When I have to login to my account it shows Unknown error[1030001].

Its not letting me register and making me update the app out of google play store. Please fix this issue.

Just downloaded n installed it..as soon as I registered it's asking to update the latest version which is failing Everytime to get download... ridiculous

Nice app.login account using your mail Id and write a password as per your wish and then go for login. There u will get
