Weather Post (Canada)

Since this last update the layout is easier to see at a glance - separating night and day was a great idea and easier on the eye. It looks cleaner. The temperature and all other info are accurate as always (from environment canada). The only thing is that I don't see rain or snow falling on my lock screen as before. Thank you! :o)

I've actually purchased this app to help encourage the developer as there are a very limited number of good weather apps for Canadians. There are 2 big issues which need to be addressed. One is the lack of notifications for weather alerts which I think is key for a mobile device. The second is the inability to have the app recognize your current location (also key for a mobile device). Add these features and this would be a 5 star app.

This app is beautiful! I have been looking for an alternative to the Weather Network app for months since it's laggy and loaded with ads and unnecessary stuff. I'm so glad to have found this. I purchased the ad free version too. The one thing that I hope is coming down the pipe is a widget. I think I would prefer that to the thing in the notification bar. Incorporating Environment Canada's new 24 hour forecast would also be awesome.

Just got the new update and all is as good as before and better with a fresh new look and more. This updated application is extremely user-friendly and clutter free. Also the radar is very accurate and a nice useful feature to see things in real time.

The temperature displayed in status bar is huge and easy to read. It is accurate and I appreciate a Canadian focused app for weather. Many others that have the temp in status bar are not at all accurate(yahoo) will bump up to 5 stars in a month if all goes smooth!

Like any patriotic Canadian, I trust only Environment Canada's weather forecast, and this is a great app for it. Minor quibbles: the temperature notification in the status bar should have a °; a widget would be nice.

Very clean, well designed, and useful. Built like an Android app should be. All devs should take advantage of the Notification Priority setting. (Users: this allows you to have the app in your notification bar without having to see it permanently on the lockscreen.) Only suggestions​ would be detailed hourly reports and an option for a dark background.

I will purchase but you need to indicate the amount of precipitation , all you have is the POP

I've tried a lot of weather apps and this is the one I keep coming back to.

I'll have to say a dew (see what I did there?) without a widget.

the radar is not working properly anymore. I dunno if this is due to a change environment Canada made or if an update broke it. Messaged developer with no response.

A great app that does all the work with neat UI while being free from ads. Great to see alert in notification.

Please add option for temp and conditions in status bar, not just one or the other. A couple different icon packs for condition symbols would be nice. Maybe a 15min refresh interval option as a well.

I find this weather app the best one yet , just need to add fahrenheit temperature.

Needs a transparent widget

This is the best Canadian weather app hands down. I've been using it since it's come out and with this new update it's even better. Support the developer by paying to remove ads! It's a steal!

Lightweight, with great information. Accurate information from Environment Canada. Loving the update. Looks amazing.

Excellent weather app.. stable.. Doesn't hog resources.. has radar from environment Canada.. I have tried sooooo many weather apps from Play.. this is my choice..finally an accurate weather forecast for Canada! BUT... notifications in pull down come and go, or don't show at all since 5.0.
