קינוח או מנה אחרונה הוא בדרך כלל מנה מתוקה המוגשת בסופה של ארוחה. ישנם מטבחים בהם לא נהוג לאכול קינוח, והמנה המתוקה נאכלת באמצע הארוחה - לדוגמה במטבח הסיני.
