About Call Manager
This application automatically reroute your phone calls through GSM/CDMA, SIP or Google Voice networks based on the defined rules.
To make it work properly you have to configure your Google Voice application to "Use Google Voice to make all calls".
Note: Calls to the emergency numbers like 911 and 112 always goes through GSM network.
Permissions explanation:
- PROCESS_OUTGOING_CALLS - required to catch calls to reroute
- READ_CONTACTS - required to find out the contact group
- CALL_PHONE - required to initiate SIP calls
- ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE - required to determine the connection type (Wi-Fi/GSM) for SIP calls
- RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED - need to run service, to measure the signal strength

I am using both gsm and sip calls daily and it was so frustrating to switch from mobile to Internet calls every time I dial. Will that be possible to add some dial plan to make it even more flexible?

I wanted to use SIP to make calls when on WiFi, but Google Voice to make calls otherwise. This allows me to do so while still using the native Android SIP client and without anything extra running in the task bar. I'd actually written a bunch of patches to Cyanogen Mod that gave me similar functionality. This allows me to do all this without running a custom ROM :).

Been waiting 18 months for an app like this. Took 2 minutes to configure. Calls are now being routed automatically. Tried many other apps and none fit the bill. This one is logical and low maintenance. Thanks
