Interval Timer

Interval timer for High Intensity Interval Training. Go into setup to set the work interval length, rest interval length and number of rounds. Press start to begin your workout. The timer will beep to signal the end of each interval.
The Interval Timer has been designed so that you can play your favourite workout music while the timer is running.
