Love Capsule but would be amazing if this app had the calendar on it. Also an iPad version of the app please :)

I use this for several companies, easy to use, support is fast and very helpfull. I recommend this to SME's. the mobile app and daily task reminders are great.

This app is extremely useful. I only wish it had push notifications to alert you of upcoming tasks.

Best free account out there for a small business.

Capsule has a lot going for it - very customizable and loaded with features for a good price. Its layout is clean - bordering on dull - but not so easy to navigate. The app opens on the activity screen by default which isn't very helpful. And there is no way to access the calendar function which is a deal-breaker for me. I use Google Calendar and I can see my Capsule appointments in G Cal but cannot access or change them. until they fix that I'm going to have to stick with the free version. I hate it because it has a lot going for it and for many people it may be ideal, but for me that makes it a non-starter.

Thanks for the tip to reinstall. Fixed the white screen issue on that update. All good now.

Latest update has broken the app completely. Not cool considering our business pays out a considerable amount each month to use the service...

Now working again.

Easy to use

Have been using it for over 12 months and it allows me to keep track of my pipeline and conversion ratio. Excellent app that will only get better.

Good app and easy to get use to

We've just started using Capsule CRM at work and I like it. The Android app is OK, but it feels like an app that's been ported to Android from iOS. It's sluggish and laggy in places, and I think it'd really benefit from a material overhaul.

Am I missing something here, or is there seriously not a way to look at the calendar in the app? Renders it completely unusable for me since I mainly use it for scheduling other employees.

Installed App, logged in using credentials. Used it fot a while was working ok. Closed it. Try to run again but now it crashes every time.

As a sole trader this is a cost effective way to reduce and manage work load, needs a few additional features to be fully compatible with my business but great all rounder.

Going to try Raynet instead.

Love Capsule, best CRM out there. Use with call2CRM to create a complete customer communication history. It's invaluable.

Most reliable. I love the interface, easy to use

The app is limited compared to the Web version and the sync doesn't sync everything (changes categories of contacts haven't updated to app version for over a week). Really great that it is available offline though - handy for keeping up to date on the tube.

I needed a simple contact manager with a flat learning curve after giving up the ACT! program. I am very pleased with this friendly program with plenty of cloud storage and seamless intergration between PC, iPad and Android phone and its affordable too!

Like this App very much. I had a few problems with creating tasks, they cant be saved. but actually it runs good

We recently switched our CRM at the company I work with to Capsule and I love this app, at least when it works right. I get a lot of freezing when its been running in background but it simply requires closing the app and restarting. If you're using Capsule this is a must have since the company hasn't gone mobile friendly with their website yet

What's the point of having a mobile app if it doesnt take advantaghe of the built in notification features. I mean what's the point just make a mobile friendly webpage CRM and you basically have the same thing. I tried this app a few weeks ago and forgot why I didn't like it. I installed it again with the simple test to have the app notify me of a task at a specific date and time. Lo and behold. Nothing. The whole point of the mobile platform with built in alerts capabilities and such is for easier workload

This is an awesome app. It help me keep my leads and opportunities in order and the integration with gmail is spectacular! You can add contacts in seconds via gmail. Give it a test drive.
