교보생명 모바일창구’는 스마트폰에서 실행되는 교보생명의 유지서비스 애플리케이션으로 계약조회, 입/출금, 보험계약대출, 사고보험금 접수 등 다양한 금융서비스를 안전하고 편리하게 이용하실 수 있습니다.

○ 앱에서 사용하는 접근 권한에 대하여 아래와 같이 안내드립니다.

[필수적 접근권한]
- 전화번호 : 전화 걸기 및 관리 권한으로 앱 위변조 방지 확인 및 로그인 기록을 위해 사용합니다.
- 저장공간 : 기기 사진, 미디어, 파일 엑세스 권한으로 공인인증서 로그인, 공인인증서 전송 등을 위해 사용합니다.

[선택적 접근권한]
- 카메라, 사진 : 사진 찍기 및 동영상 녹화 권한 및 기기 사진, 미디어, 파일 엑세스 권한으로 사고보험금 신청 서비스 이용시 서류 촬영, 저장된 서류사진 등록 등을 위해 사용합니다.
- 위치 : 이 기기의 위치에 엑세스하기 권한으로 가까운 지점 찾기/검색 등을 위해 사용합니다.

※ 선택적 접근권한은 동의하지 않아도 앱 사용이 가능하며, 일부 서비스의 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.

※ 접근권한 동의 및 철회는 '설정>애플리케이션>교보생명>권한'에서 처리하실 수 있습니다.(안드로이드 6.0 이상 버전)

※ 안드로이드 6.0 미만 OS 이용시 선택적 접근권한 없이 모두 필수적 접근권한으로 적용될 수 있습니다. (OS 업그레이드가 가능한 경우 OS 6.0 이상으로 업그레이드하신 후 앱을 삭제하고 재설치하셔야 접근 권한 설정이 정상적으로 가능합니다.)

○ 이동통신사 3G/LTE에서 다운로드 및 이용시 데이터 요금이 부과될 수 있는 점 유의하시기 바랍니다.

○ 향후에도 지속적인 업데이트를 통해 다양하고 편리한 서비스를 제공할 예정입니다. [Essential restrictions;
- Phone: used for dialing and control over the app to prevent forgery check and login history.
- Storage: To use the device, photos, certificate Login Media, file access permissions, and certificate transfer.

[Optional restrictions;
- Camera, Photo: Use for taking pictures and video recording equipment and picture rights, to buy media, file access permissions insurance application service drive document-up, registration and photos stored documents.
Location: The nearest point of access to use for such search / search permissions on the device's location.

※ Alternatively access is available and use the app without consent, there may be restrictions on some services.

※ Restrictions consent and withdrawal can be processed in "Settings> Applications> Kyobo Life> Rights' (Android 6.0 or later)

※ Android 6.0 OS drive than can both be applied to the essential access without selective access. (If available OS upgrades OS 6.0 and later deleted after you upgrade your app to access and permission settings can be reinstalled correctly.)
