자생적 안정화를 갖춘 예술공동체 전통예술을 기반으로 하되 시대적 감각을 선도하는 공동체 전통의 맥을 지키고
세계에 그 우수성을 알리는 공동체 한국인의 정체성 알고 정서를 유지하기 위한 공동체 로써
