For the price. I'm very pleased.

I just got this for my birthday. Amazing gift. It gives me great feedback and helps me understand what I'm doing wrong and what I need to do. It's accurate 99% of the time. Also the pro mount and flex mount don't get in the way of your hand at all. I would recommend getting this if you want to be a better player.

I found out Zepp created a new sensor for other sports, but that tennis still uses the old sensor. That's very irritating, primarily because the charging system for the original sensor is absolutely terrible. Establishing and maintaining a connection to the charger is so difficult with the current tennis sensor, that I've completely stopped using the it, simply due to how frustrating it is just to plug it in.

I wish it had multi racquet option where we could store data for different racquets. It could earn a five star rating if the developers can add this feature? + Please add data export functionality

I don't know why but sometimes it drops connection with the sensor. I used it on samsung galaxy 5s and now with s7 edge. Problem remains the same.

I dont like it when the videos dont work but my tennis is great know!!!!!

Like others, the concept is good but the reality falls short. Firstly I dont like the feel of the rubber mount as it interferes with the way I hold my racket, OK for a few practice forehands but definitely not for serving. The pro mount is not secure and the sensor has 'escaped' a few times. The software is pretty basic and I cant help feeling that the data isn't being used to it's full extent - perhaps this will get better in future updates. Just look at some of the running apps out there. The sensor is a bit tricksy too, it would be nice to have a steady ON light on the sensor to show that it is recording your strokes. A few times I have played a session thinking it was all OK and then finding out that nothing had been recorded. The training videos are a bit too general to be of any use "top pro players are more consistent hitters" does not help my tennis - I have long suspected that top pro players are more consistent than me!

Can't analyze data. Can't export. Website doesn't support tennis. No video integration like Sony or QLIPP sensor. Can't see trends during match or practice or over time.

Was using it every time was playing tennis but last update made my sensor unusable. Was impossible to update the sensor and even after talking with customer support they decided was an internal problem of the sensor that needs to be change... obviously is not under warranty anymore... is it just a case this happen at the same time of last update? I remain convinced it is not. Will look for other sensors in the market.. babolat or Sony? No more Zepp

Reducing from 5 stars to 2. I was using lenovo yoga tablet pro for coaching. Everything was fine until latest update. The app crashes automatically upon startup.

Can you please allow the option to disable the 3D statue/person in serve mode? I find it confusing having 2 racquets displayed when watching the 3D serve playback of my serve. Also I don't see the point of showing the 3D person there when it is still during the entire serve playback. Thanks

App keeps crashing every time I try to sign in. What a terrible waste of money. Zepp - you need to fix this!

The app always switches back to metric when I open it to sync.

Seems the zepp team has taken away some of the better features from previous ver. and opt for a more simplistic approach while neglecting some important aspects of what a tennis sensor should have. Consistency is now showing a simple pic over a single page, but more break down detail % of impact location as in previous ver. would be more informative. Power graphs vital for performance comparison over a session period not present. 3d serve is buggy and green ground completely disppeared until reinstallation.

App is good and does a nice job but running into problems with the brackets. The rubber handle twists and does not stay aligned. The clip on does not hold the sensor and the sensor flies out. When trying to remove the clip the end of my raquest came off. Zepp support was responsive but were not willing to send me a new clip on or rubber holder. So basically I wasted $149.

Wonderful device. Good improvements on new apps. But it can't record different segments on my practice. I served for more than 30 times but only 3 were recorded.

Overall great app which lets you to check your consistency, shot style and progress. One thing that could be improved is possibility to overview each shot info (and add to favorites) as in some cases it would be very usefull.

X70%
by X####:

The new version seems to remove the useful graphics showing where on the racket I'm taking shots. Don't think topspin detection works anymore. I even had my coach do a few exaggerated topspin shots which registered as "flat". Lots of screen space wasted on seeing Raonic and other pros - who needs this? I couldn't get serve analysis to work at all. Returning my new Zepp - will consider again when the bugs are worked out and the menus flow better!

X70%

Sorry to say that while I appreciate Zepp's attempt to step up their game, the new app isn't as useful as the old one. Looks prettier though.

At first I wasn't sure how well it would perform. But after using it for a bit I found that it works really well. I would recomnd it to anyone who wants to improve their tennis game.

Great teaching light weight electronic aid that is Bluetooth and attaches to end of Tennis racquet. Set up before matches or lessons is less then 30 seconds. Don't forget to sync with cell in Bluetooth just once. Great immediate feedback. A great app for a serious tennis player at any level. A Must Have! Does not register slice or serve, puts everything in Forehand Backhand category. In Bluetooth settings it never shows I'm connected to it but sensor is working in app. Tempted to return for the price I paid.

Having fun finding out my weaknesses and strengths with this app. However it is difficult to compare statistics from certain sessions of play tracking to see where the improvements are if any. Please could you implement a Compare Statistics section of the play tracking to compare a chosen stat from say 2 or 3 sessions?

Just did a few swings in my room with this new sensor. Seems like the swing needs to reach certain level power/ball impact in order to register. And some how it registered some of my forehand as smash. We test it much more in the upcoming matches. Will revise the review again. Also, there is a small bug: In Power -> Serve, the title is 'Sessions', which is wrong. Update: Tested for a few matches. Have some findings and questions: 1) App in android always hang and crash when syncing. Open again and it seems it still synced successfully though. 2) Serve does not have breakdown topspin/flat. 3) Volley? 4) What is the unit for power?
