Products are not of superfine qualities as shown in the pictures, delivery charge is too much, online payment also not available via Rupay debit cards, exchange policy is not good, the sarees which are out of stock.. Those never come again in stock .. Even there is no notifying option of those saree's availability which are out of stock, the app should be modified more & more.

Most worst kind of app. Harasses customers very badly. And they show and describe product in one way and the thing which they deliver is a quite different thing, which are available at the footpath of Kolkata. It is their "kind" business to cheat people. If you don't want to be cheated then please don't buy from here. No return policy available, even for their own fault.

I ordered a three piece unstitched suit and I got today a very very cheap quality two piece unstitched suit without a dupatta and of synthetic piece instead of cotton...I want my money back 1098 RS otherwise I will take take necessary action against you for cheating people this way

Ye log apni galat product send karne ke baad wapis nahi lete aur call karne per no. Block kar dete hai.. Jinhone bhi inke baare me achcha likha hai, wo sayad inhone khudke logo se likhwaya hai.. Total 21 log use karte hai is site ko.. Please inse kuch na kharide agar aapke paise waste nahi karna chahte..

Very good app and awesome collection at a very reasonable price. Just one update if they could add an option where the customer could track their shipments then it would be great.

Selling defective product online. Even they refused to replace of defective product. Going to lodge consumer complain.
