Ans : YellowKurti is an online store from the designer Keerthi Reddy. it is one stop shop for Kurtis and Sarees.

2. Does Yellow has a physical store ?
Ans : Yellow does not have any physical store, the store is purely online and operated from hyderabad.



3 How can i purchase from your store ?
Ans. You can purchase it from the online store www.yellowkurti.com and we will deliver it to your home.

Shopping at yellowkurti.com is easy and secure! Placing an online order requires just a few steps:

Select an item you would like to purchase along with the color and asize, and then click the Add to Cart button from either the quick view or product detail page.
You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly to Checkout.
Once you are finished shopping, click on Shopping Cart at the top right corner of page, and follow the prompts to check out.
On the check out you can select any of the payment mode ( Credit Card, Paypal COD or Bank Transfer )
You will receive an email confirming your order that includes your order number.

5. Can I place an order over phone ?
Ans. Yes !! you can place an order over phone after selecting the design name or desing number and Keerthi will help you on that.

6. What if i change my mind after ordering a product ?
Ans. It is okay to change your mind, you can just call us or mail us about the cancellation and we will stop the shipment if it is not packed and shipped. If the shipment has been shipped then you have to ship it back to us. The return shipping cost is on the customer, I guess it is lot cheaper than you driving all the way back to the store and return the item and get the refund :) .

7. Can I return or exchange the product ?
Ans. Absolutely Yes! you can exchange the product if there are any size issues or you have received a damaged piece. However you can only exchange the product within 7 days from the delivery. The customer has to ship it back to Yellowkurti and we will inspect the product and after confirming that the tags of the product are intact, we initiate the refund or issue a coupon to the customer.
