ZEN Rooms #1 Budget Hotels

I've seen ZEN rooms from other hotel booking apps, so I thought of downloading this app to avail more discounts directly. I was also interested to find more ZEN rooms wherever we plan to travel. Unfortunately, I was disappointed on my first attempt to search for one. I wanted to book a ZEN room in Tagaytay, Philippines in advance, but the app kept on 'finding' without any hope of a result. If there isn't an available room, then there should be a message to confirm it. It seemed like the app has stopped responding, so I had to tap back or swipe away to close the app. My excitement was replaced by disappointment. Pls try to fix the app asap. Thank you.

Disappointed.I'm trying to book for a Cebu trip. Found that they have 20% and 15% discount on different voucher. Excited to see that discount vouchers are either available so I decided to book for 3 night at Zen Rooms Gorordo Cebu and used the 1st one, booking logged and went out. Tried again but unfortunately discount voucher are now "not applicable for this booking". Same with the latter 15% off, it wasn't available anymore. It was suppose to be my first time to book at Zen also using this app. So sad..

Beware of this company. They are lying about the hotel's normal walk-in room rate and make you believe with them you get a huge discount. Compare the hotel's regular walk-in rate and breakfast included or not, you will many times find that you end up paying more with them than without them! They also conceal the hotel's real name and give ZEN rooms fantasy names, to make it difficult to compare the room rates! After you have booked, you receive a completely different (real) name of the hotel. Their business strategy is bold lies and deception. Keep away!

I download this app for my future travel.Cause I want zen hotel to be part of my leisure or in my travels...because they have airport-hotel transfers.. but sad to say .. when I ask there customer service to confirm if they have airport transfers in boracay they said that as now.. theres none... my god im really disappointed cause I expected much from dis hotel :(. Secondly... how can I booked to there hotel if I dont have credit card cauz I only have debit cards.. please fix this . :( Please reply to my review...

This app can't even be use to look for famous local beaches and places here in the Philippines which i know have Hotels. How do you expect people to use this app that it can't even locate a single hotel in a very famous place in the Philippines like in Cebu or in Boracay or in Bicol. Fix your app if you want fine reviews. Cause your app ain't helpful at all.

85% great! I love the room and service however booking confirmation must be improved. I got a room DOWNGRADE since the room I booked was not available, but it was confirmed to me. No price deduction was given even it is much of a lesser price. Regardless, I commend the customer service of both the application and hotel although they could do nothing with the should-have price deduction. P.S. I asked the customer service if I could just cancel the booking and book another one to obtain the right price of the room I shall be getting, but the response was I would not be able to have the 15% less for new application users. Dilemma is that comparing the prices of the original discounted room and the downgraded room without the discount is just almost the same. So I opted to choose the lesser price which was just around Php80.00.

I don't know if the 40% percent discount promo is real. Tried twice and I always get a "booking not found" response. I'm using a credit card, and I'm so pissed of the thought that it might reflect in my account. And when I finally booked without the promo code. Holllaaa, I booked a room. How was that Zen Room?

ZEN Rooms is a promising service that could rival other sites IF ONLY they could make their mobile app better. Current Android app is very laggy, to the point of being unresponsive to touch.

Saw this on Facebook and I thought it's useful. Few hotels listed on this app. Can't even see hotels in famous locations in the Philippines. Some hotels doesn't seem to have discounts. Hotel details are not listed.

Beware! Phony hotel discount posts. Yet another entry in the "if it sounds too good to be true, its a con" file.

You cannot choose because there are only few hotel option (Tagaytay.).

Good service. I hate my experience using the application. its very slow. it is webpage not app. Whish it had an account so I don't need to enter my information with each booking. Need complete change to be an application not webpage.

If like me, you don't have the luxury of splurging on an expensive hotel, you definitely need this app! Especially useful for students travelling on a tight budget.

Love it. I am always travelling and ZEN Rooms has become my go to choice for accommodation, both for leisure and work. Have stayed with them in Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia and got nothing to complain about. Totally recommend.

Lag everytime page changes. Looks like html5-based. Please build this app with android native so it will perform smoothly.

This is the best hotels I've ever seen each and everything is awesome the internal environment is quite sofisticated and I just simply love it.

I always use this app when booking hotels in Kuala Lumpur. Easy to use and good app. Next I will be trying it for Singapore.
