This app works great for me to keep doing workouts instead of quitting like usually. It explain how to properly do it and has warming up videos. It said it's okay if you can't finish a day and to repeat it till it's doable so I downloaded their other apps and I'm racing myself for which bodyparts can finish an app first.
I used this app last year when I was working at getting fit and I loved it. Fell off the wagon for a while but I'm back, have reinstalled the app and am excited to have completed day 1. I'm dedicated to doing this every day. Great way to start or continue working out!
Starting from zero and this app allows for gradual work until you get to your goal without making it feel overwhelming. Thumbs up from me!
I wasn't sure at first, but the fact that the app starts me off with just a few squats with a minute respite between sets is ideal. It actually makes me excited to do the exercises and see my progress. I'll give this app a full five stars if there's video showing how to properly do squats depending on body type and fitness level. And please, no hardbodied gym rats. Show real people doing these exercises. That would be a better motivator for most of us.
Perfect for me. Sets are broken down with rest periods in between. Self paced. Keeps track of my progress
Great app. Once you start you should be able to skip the initial start screen and not have to hit skip all the time. I got to the end and want to continue. Doesn't give that option
Just starting out with the app so far so good. I will make another review later to get in depth about whatever I do or don't like about the app in a few weeks. Until then later!!!
The journey to a thousand miles begins with a step. It will be a slow start first but with well timed exercise and rest things will pick up.
Just starting out I think it's an pretty good app. Can't wait till I see the results.
This app is good for keeping you on track if you're ready to improve your fitness. I've paired it with a couple of their other apps and my routine is getting pretty good.

Easy to ease into even for a very out of shape over weight person
Easy to use and starts you off slow but you can feel the Burn!! That's what I love ????

It's really good. I use a 30 pound dumbbell for my exercises until it gets harder.
Love it but it loses audio about half way through each workout, needs some attention.
