This app works great for me to keep doing workouts instead of quitting like usually. It explain how to properly do it and has warming up videos. It said it's okay if you can't finish a day and to repeat it till it's doable so I downloaded their other apps and I'm racing myself for which bodyparts can finish an app first.
I like the app for it's simplicity. I will still continue to use it since I paid for it. The makers of this app gets two stars for being a cheat and a lier. The reasoning is because I paid for the app to remove advertisment yet after ever successful completion of a work out I'm asked to rate the app (simply annoying) but worse off I still receive advertisment that I actually have to click through to then click done on the exercise. I was lied too. Do not pay the extra money to remove advertisment. You will still get it.
Good way to build up on sit-ups. It'd be nice if there was more direction on what to do if you start where you can't complete a single, correct-form repetition though.
Great log for workouts. Not too great unless you can be self motivated. I recommend this app.
Very cool app. Well structured but unrealistic in going up so many every single routine. Each day should be at least one week.

It begins with small manageable workouts. You can also skip the rest period if they are not necessary.
Pretty straigh forward. It says rest or go and you just tap it to say you've completed its assigned work out. It simple so it's amazing for beginners.
Rly luv this app...it keeps me in check and gives me reminders...the main problem i have had with working out is how to map it out...and this app helps me

Would like for the app to rotate with my screen and larger interface so I can easily tap to my next workout... That 1 or 2 seconds to focus on the button to tap can be crucial in maintaining the groove. Overall, like the layout and ease of use. Now, please...Stop asking me to rate the app :-).
