I paid for no ads but still have to wait until this reward (aka ad) loads after the workout and locks it up. Also, i have no idea what to do on the off days or when the well actually starts

In hind sight its easy, simple and works great. The only thing i could recommend is that a tutorial for how to do push ups be included for some people or add variations.
