Zendesk Support for Android
Clicking on a notification only opens the app where you last left it. It does not open whatever the notification was regarding, or even refresh the view.
Sadly, like many other reviews here, the app states you have invalid credentials when you try to sign in.
Not useful for us as admins.. I couldn't assign work for my agents from it, which was very disappointed
This App is a life saver!!! Was facing a connection issue in all the systems. Downloaded this app and everything was fine. Love it ♡

App gets to dashboard briefly after login then pops up login failed but still get notifications for changes to tickets assigned to me???. Update: if I click a button on the dashboard quickly after login then login failed does not happen? Will increase rating if no further issues experienced in near future.
Still having issues with notifications. Even though they're enabled, and I can see the notification in the app, they don't always pop in Android, which makes them kind of pointless.
1. Why is it called "Support" instead of Zendesk or Zendesk Support? 2. The UI is horrible - for every reply I first have to choose a resolution at the top of the ticket and then submit my answer at the bottom.
This still have many error cannot login from Google and always said email and password login error, but when try to login from browser si working. This apps suck
Macros doesn't work. This is the most desirable feature waiting to be be fixed in next release @zendesk Dev team

Macros dont load
Nice app but some small improvements would go a long way. Please give the option to include one line of text below the ticket title in the list view. This would help filter the empty or spam tickets. Currently it takes 3 taps to delete a ticket. Please include a swipe to delete feature with an undo snack bar message as per android guidelines. This would be incredibly useful and really a minor change to the existing codebase. Many thanks.
It would be great if it was a little more intuitive like the full zendesk. Being able to search macros via a search bar would be really nice and being able to add apps like the full version would really make this app flourish. Still all and all I like zendesk.
why the notifications are turned off automatically? every time I had to enable them. after getting notifications once auto turned off.

After setting this up I fell in love. Have used Freshdesk for many years now and in 1 day I'm sold on zendesk. Perfect GSuite integration and super easy ticket creation when you have to create a ticket on behalf of a customer. Also the custom domain SSL was set up in right 30 minutes to where Freshdesk can take weeks.
(1) No font control. (2) Cannot search for user contact record to read notes or details about a user. It worked before update. (3) The results quantity count number does not match the actual number of result records (4) After opening ticket record, priority & status fields occupy two separate lines, inefficient - should be on same line.

This app doesn't have call receiving feature.
I can't seem to set a macro that works fine on the web version but not in the app. When I select a macro, nothing happens. I have a strong data connection, the latest version of the app, and am running Android 7.1.2.
Macros don't work making the mobile app useless.
For how much I have to pay out each month for this, the app sure sucks.

Very useful app for checking support tickets, with a great UI. Please introduce the ability to further customise notifications. Currenty I receive them for all groups I'm a member of however would only like notifications for groups I choose. (Great to hear this feature is planned :))
Works well. Would love to have the ticket show the Organization. That's a big oversight. Would also love to have customizable notification sounds.

Despite providing proper email and password still it's not accepting and shows error invalid credentials. It's happening after latest release pls fix it or I'll have to uninstall
