Very clean interface gets you to a price v quickly. You need to know the difference between a letter and a small package. Downgraded to 2* because of no support on the prices, not even a reply to say sod off.

I love this app as it's by far the best designed postage cost app and fastest to use but...when I pay for an app I expect a good level of aftersales updates and am waiting for updates that change royal mail prices that should have happened ages ago...so for that reason alone it loses two stars..the developers need to sort this problem out as there is no excuse really.u missed out on 5 stars :-l

Excellent app - however marred by the fact that the Android version does not have the 2015 postal rates 6 weeks after the new postal rates implemented. So the app is of no use to me until the rates are updated from a previously happy user.
