Zenbanx Multi-Currency Account

The deposit feature and changing currencys works good but it says that it is supposed to work at walmart in canada and the usa and doesnt work in either some stores they accept my payment like gas stations but in general i feel it is a hit or miss if the store will accept this debit card or not i put my pin and everything in but it just does not work it seems it really just depends on the company im purchasing from would love this fixed and to know why this is?

Horrible customer service. Some them don't speak clear english. Ugh it frustrates me when I can't understand what their sayin on the other end

I used the Zenbanx service once, so far so good, but the referral program or link sucks. I will definitely use this banking service as a saving account. The interest rate offered is higher than any other bank.

App worked perfectly until recently. (Maybe last update) it's just stuck on loading securing connection. Running Android 6.0.1. Please fix

Ever since signing up with Zenbanx a few months ago, I have been nothing but impressed with their products and customer service! I'd highly recommend this app/bank account.

I actually really like the service but the lack of fingerprint authentication (and lack of timely replies to these ratings) are very frustrsting.

I just downloaded the latest update and I can't even access my money!!! It continually says "Just a moment: error". When this issue is fixed, I'll update my rating.

very interesting concept in digital banking, if you send money or tfravel a lot you will find it interesting ..takes some time to open an account..well, its a bank. as soon as you are all set, the app is all smooth and very functional. Customer service was great too! UPDATE: just checked the new version, great improvements, this app is getting better and better.

Been using it for almost a year and it is by far the easiest and cheapest way to send money to my family in Europe

I have used the Zenbanx App since the opened with no issues. Now the App will not allow me to sign in on Android 6.0.1 , not sure if the Zenbanx App is the problem

I use this application on a Galaxy Note 2, Galaxy S4 etc... But I just bought this LG G3 and it's the only app that just won't open for me on this phone. Help

Easy to manage my money, and great rates on the debit card! The deals are awesome!

Need a bill pay capability and additional currencies if it is going to work for me.

Should provide option to save account number of the person we are sending amount.

Everytime i click on the app it would take forever to load then go blank and not go to my account.

Very user friendly from sender point of view. Just one comment. The receiver account details should be stored.

Its keep crashing

I commute regularly between Canada and the US and this app makes it seamless. One debit card that works in both places. Unfortunately they don't provide checks not credit cards yet, but I'm sure they will in the future. Simply works great!

What a great app for saving and sending in different currencies. I travel back and forth between Canada and the US, and having one card that works in both currencies is absolutely brilliant.

I've used wonderful apps, regular apps, bad, very bad and this one..... Keep freezing all the time, super slow. At the end, I needed to do all the process using my PC.

Excellent update! Love the proper menu execution. Solid work. App works perfectly for me. Easy to transfer funds and so far no bugs.

Now time to go on some adventures!

There is convenience on steroids. Earn high interest, send money to settle accounts with friends for pub nights and use the debit card for day to day transactions. Great offers from time to time too.

So far a nightmare to use. Lots of room for improvement here. Update: my experience just keeps getting worse. Debit card doesn't work. Money transfers don't work. Now Zenbanx has my money but I can't access it. Total nightmare

A great app for those wanting to save money, to move money and to hold several currencies.

Never passes the Securing connection page on my Nexus 5. I saw a bunch of threatmatrix.TrustDefender URLConnections being blocked by AdAway (connections refused in Logcat). It looks like the app is making a call to TrustDefender which does persistent device identification, root detection, tamper protection, etc. Disabling AdAway fixed it for me. I'm not sure how I feel about this tracking and checking. It's probably nothing but I'll just stick to the web page for now.

This app tracks your actions, doesn't work if you block it. Bad android app, beware.

Hi I can't get past the securing connection screen on my LG G3 D852. However I was able to the app and login on my MOTO G. Would love to use this on my main phone. :/

I can't get past the Terms of Service - tapping agree/disagree/open in a new window does nothing. :(

I have tried on several phones. None of them work.
