I purchased SVR Pro on a previous phone and could not find it again when I upgraded devices. I finally located it here, and after reading the other reviews I went ahead and purchased the Pro license and wrote to the developers. In a matter of hours I had a personal email from them along with a full refund of the purchase (since I had already bought the license for SVR Pro previously). The app works extremely well and captures great looking video on my LG G4. I recommend both the app and the developers, who are doing the right thing by their customers.

i purchase SVR and SVR2 and now they are not found on google play. i downloand the BVR and by chance i found it the same and they asking me to buy the premium with 7 dollars.. what about my previous purchase.. how i could trust them and why no notice to the people who purchase it and why removed and now they want money again.. what a theft company. i want my refund for the previous application please.. even 0 rate is not enough for you

Please activate all ur existing users of svr pro, without asking us to pay again. Working around and charging consumers is not right. For which your liable to compensate them for their mental agony and hardship. You refusing to comply Google compliances can't be pushed to ur customers.

I bought it on your software and on setting i do checked on sd card, but still doesn't record on my Samsung s5 extranel sd card, can you explain me why, I really want to record on my external sd card. By the way your software is very good very clear picture, if i can record on my external sd card it will be so so cool, please help me about that, .....

This is a ripped off! I paid for SVR Pro before now because I reset my phone and wanted to install back the apps it requires me to purchase another license!? I should get a refund!!! UPDATE: I sent 2 emails already but gotten no response!

Really loved SVR so I paid for the unlimited version, but now I can't find it anywhere. Have read that ZeroNoiseApps is now ZenaApps, I can't get my BRV to recognize my Google Account to make my app the Pro version. Would really like to get the app working again so I can give it 5 stars again!

Be warned, this company plays dirty! Like thousands of others, I payed for the pro version and then the company changed the app and locked everyone out. I sent numerous emails and they will not respond. If you like throwing your money away, go ahead and buy this app!

I bought SVR a while back. Then they decide to completely remove the app, tell us in the reviews to email them to request an upgrade but you don't reply back. I paid for the app, I should get it the upgrade. I refuse to pay for this twice. Who is to say they won't completely remove this app just to get everyone to buy the next one.

Same reaction as other users ... why aren't they replying anymore to customers that bought the old version??? Sent them already 2 emails, and nothing back. Will not buy the new version until I hear something from them ... a shame because the app is good! UPDATE: finally received the refund, thanks!

Like this app, purchased SVR Pro, however, I upgraded to Lolipop and it was no longer in my purchaseed apps. What happened there? Not sure why this would happen. Noticed name change too. This is unfair. Very disappointed.

UPDATE: 12/10 - Email sent a second time. Still waiting for reply. UPDATE: email was sent. Still pending reply. I will update to a 5 star when I receive my replacement upgrade UPDATE: 1/3/16 - I've sent numerous email and have yet to see reply. Issue me a refund for the $10 I paid for the original app immediately. I no longer wish to receive the upgrade promised.

I have been outrageously cheated by these folks. I had purchased a fresh license of SVR pro. When i reformatted my device I could see BVR pro in place of SVR in playstore. When I mailed them about my purchase, they are not even bothered to reply even after a month. BIG CHEATS!

Had the SVR Pro, just rolled over to a different tablet. Got to install BVR Pro without paying because I paid in the past. Seamless migration. Still haven't used this app in an advantageous way, just showing it off to friends.

But add one thing recording start and stop by sms and I Will buy full versions but if after sometime It also can be disable by google like svr that's why I fearing to buy

I purchased SVR Pro in 2014. 6 months ago I reset my mobile. Thereafter no SVR Pro was found. Now I have to pay 470 more to buy this. This app is very good but I have given one star bcoz of two time payments. I did the email with bill many times but no refund is initiated

I have paid and downloaded svr pro. Now I can't get updates nor support for it since they changed it to Bvr? Please accomodate svr pro users since we have duly paid for the app and we don't want to pay for an app twice. I want to have an option for update or a fresh install in the event I reset my phone to factory settings. Thanks. Will change rating if this problem is solved. Update: they refunded me. All is well. UPDATE: 2016/2017 Still no reply. AVOID AT ALL COST. Other Positive reviews are fake. PLEASE REPLY TO MY EMAILS: I JUST WANT MY PROGRAM RE - UPGRADED TO THE PRO VERSION I PAID FOR. It wants me to repay for the pro version. I have contacted the company multiple times with proof of receipt and have had no reply, no offer of refund or even an upgrade to the PRO version. THEY DON'T REPLY TO EMAILS. I'VE BEEN EMAILING FOR CLOSE TO 2 YEARS WITH NO RESPONSE.

After I've send 4 emails to get a refund or a free upgrade. I still haven't received a message or respond from them. It's been 4 months now. Now you want me to paid for a version I had already paid for....what kind of shady business you guys have!!!! I paid for the SVR VERSION AND THEN YOU CHANGE IT TO BVR TO GET COSTUMERS TO PAID FOR SOMETHING WE ALL HAD PAID FOR!!!! And MAKE MORE MONEY!!!!

But the developers are crooks. This app is basically exactly the same as their old one, except it has a new name. All the previous customers who paid for pro version got scammed because now they're fixed to buy the same app over again. If you feel like getting robbed.... Then this is the app for you.

Fantastic app for getting up close filming wildlife. The fact that it works with the screen off means that it doesn't use unnecessary power. Why the bad score then? Because of the dreadful customer service. I purchased the original app, and found I couldn't reinstall it onto my new phone as they'd changed the name. Following their instructions, I purchased the new app and sent both old and new invoices, asking for a refund. Nothing - no response at all from their customer service apart from repeatedly contacting them. Very disappointing.

I also purchased svr pro 2 months back. But now it was disappeared from playstore. Now i emailed them 6 times with the order details and payment details.no reply from the developer: Update. Missing the ability to completely hide recordings. You can hide files from gallery but can still easily access them with a file manager. Disappointing, would pay full price otherwise.

Apps works fine but think twice before buying the pro version. I bought the pro version of the SVR apps which then its disappear on the app store. Now it is renamed to BVR instead of SVR. Same apps with nothing changed. Who knows what will the app call in the next year? Rename it to FVR and make more money? This is a scam people. Dont buy it.

I bought the SVR but all of a sudden it disappeared. Now I can understand. Wat about the licence for BVR?

Had the svr pro and now upgraded my phone now I have lost it I would like a refund or an updated I have contacted you many of times and it says failed to diliver your message avoid disappointment

Bought this app when it was called SVR Pro. Needed to replace my phone and now I can't download the app again because the name has changed and I'm being asked to pay again. Sent a message to app maker asking to download Pro version of this app instead and never received a reply. That was a few weeks ago.

Don't download this, what is the point of only being able to record for a minute? The old free SVR you could record way more than that. I had the old one and had to change phones, now I try to redownload and what's the point? I get it, you want customers to buy the paid version. And I even might have had the only reason you rereleased a free version was to almost guarantee the user has to buy the paid version to use. It's ridiculous. Uninstalling and won't waste my time buying the paid version.

The company can not be trusted, change the name of the application without notice and I send email but no answer. After send new emails out that the application changed its name and had to buy a new request for a refund. I send 3 times email was no answer, the last email I give time 1x24 hour but still no answer. Ok i give you 1 star, and report it to Google. I had svr, re purchased a permanent license and didn't get the refund, I sent app developer a few emails, no response, its been 34 days, don't make my mistake.

Ya u can only make it 1 min you GOTTA PAY I accidently pressed OK and it got me to Google play password than I didn't wanna but I had to cuz it did isn't let me go back cuz I don't wanna pay OK I HOPE U DIE!

I bought this app years ago as SVR. I did a factory reset and notice it wasn't installed anymore. I downloaded this app which is exactly the same as SVR, but I'm now required to pay again. The developers are crooks and I wouldn't download another app from them again! Free or not!

Would Like a refund or send me a code to upgrade to pro version of bvr...Real shady way to squeeze more revenue to older subscription purchasers by deleting svr app then renaming it to bvr...

Really guys, you just change the app name so we have to purchase it again, does Google knows what you are doing? Very unprofessional and cheap, I had to reset my phone to factory settings and when I look for SVR it was gone but on its place I found BVR and to unlock all the features I have to buy it again, no Profesional at all, I need you to give me back the app that I paid for or unlock this one, in my vocabulary this is call cheating, I am waiting for you to give me back full access for new app

I purchased SVR pro some time ago, so I was surprised when it was nowhere to be found on Google play. I emailed the devs about the problem. They promptly replied and told me to purchase a full BVR license and they would provide a refund for the full amount. So I went ahead and purchased it and then emailed them back telling them to forget about the refund, since I would be happy to support them a second time for such a great app. They would have none of it and put the refund through anyway.

Noticed allot of negative remarks and thought I would reiterate that I had and still have a great app and customer service. They explained why the name changed in numerous posts and how to recoup your purchase. Read before you fire off one star. I used Secret video recorder for over 2 years. Worked fine on Galaxy tab 2. Very pleased with what I could do with it, which mainly was used when I drove and still use now. Simple interface, with multiple choices on how one wants to record. Then Secret Video recorder disappeared on the the market and reappeared as Background video recorder. Downloaded it upgraded to pro, sent them an email as directed and a couple days later I was reimbursed. Ie: my account had nothing pending. As far as its performance. Same thing, different name. Happy with the app and the customer service. Keep up the good work.

This excellent feed back from Zecurisoft. I was a customer to Zena apps but had to shopping when I got stiffed. I have  done my research with your company and would like to buy the app to assist with recording some class lectures so as to go home and be able to study them again. My question is what assurances do I have that if I pay for this app that you won't make it unavailable on the play store with a subtle name change afterwards? This is the best Video Recorder that I've ever had...best recording process, best UI, best output video and the most important is the best Developer maintenance for Pro's user.. U should upgrade to the Pro's Version. In the begining I've already disapointed because the Dev suddently close the old apps and make a new apps with same UI. And then they explain the condition and promise to maintenance the Pro user that already paid for the apps..and they do it.. I'm very happy. Tks

I got svr pro, now its gone and im not going to buy another one.

This is a great app but it still locks the phone up when using it like the old app (which I deleted by accident and paid again for this one) also my HTC M8 records videos in stereo which sound great, why does this app record in mono? If secretly recording a concert (like I did) it's in mono which was a big disappointment. But like I said a great app with two problems!!

App is always crashing now... Also had paid version before name change and asked to pay for it AGAIN with with a return back to me in the same amount? I dont trust this app and since it always crashes now, i find it less useful by the second.
