Quotes are wonderful, but to get to the quote you have to endure an ad for war focused games - now with sound. These ads take away from the peaceful thoughtful process.

I have anxiety I work on through mindfulness & meditation. I find the daily quotes provide insight & direction 90% of the time; most are concise and helpful. Eckhart Tolle's quotes however are too obtuse to be useful.
