Zolo has made me rich...well sort of. I have been staying here for over 7 months now and every month I make around 2-3k on referrals. Say what you want but I don't mind the extra money.

Just moves to zolo willows. Safe parking and well maintained . This near to WTC tower Pune

Service, food quality, maintenance, management is poor. Needs more improvement.

Poor app

The app is quite user friendly n easy to navigate, can't say the same about the website though. Have been staying at Elements for almost 2 months. Rooms are on the smaller side, but quite decent. And Kamal, the caretaker/property manager, is a blessing to have around. The only problem is the time Zolo takes to resolve issues/concerns raised. Other than that it worked out quite well for me.

Normally I don't take the effort of writing reviews anywhere but I am very grateful to Dharma. This guy works as a caretaker here in Zolo Winterfell. I had arrived very late from office last night and the food got over. This guy was kind enough to share his. Don't know whether zolo people read the reviews here but make sure you retain this Dharma guy. Technically, Dharma gets 5 stars.

Great pG neat and tidy.food is OK but anyday better than any other pG around coz deposit is given on time and there is no restriction they understand crowd of present generation

Housekeeping is definitely a blessing. else my room would have been a mess filled with cigarette butts.not kidding..haha

worst experience, app showing single room availability but one day before they said we don't have single sharing

Property Managers are not educated/trained well. Never respond to the issues.

Zolo winterfall good place to stay...and caretaker Dharma is very kind guy...

It is a nice app.I love the user interface.The customer care is also very supportive.I always recommend this app for my friends

I have been living here in Zolo since 4 months.. if u raised a complaint it will be closed automatically without any intimation Over praised. You have to subscribe for food. Food is worst. "Rethink PG. Definitely NOT ZOLO"

One of the most efficiently run PGs. The property is managed very well and everybody is extremely helpful. Their Support team responds to your problems promptly and gets things done immediately. Very comfortable stay. An awesome experience overall!!

I have been staying in Zolo Atlantis for the last 10 months. It is the best PG in the locality. They respond to our concerns and do their best to resolve any issue. A small con though. I would be happier if they provide lunch too.

The app is awesome. It helped me find the pgs online and made payment of rent easier. I stay in zolo cosmos which is very near to my office in manyata tech park. The facilities is far better than other PGs that I have stayed earlier.

No proper options and very few and very high price.... Also showing one price and actually it is higher

The cleaning guy u have hired is not doing his properly... We live in triple sharing room and cleaning take place just 2 days in a week.Rooms have become total mess..toilet is not cleaned as the guy u hired is not doing his job properly... When I raised this issue before your property manager he did nothing...Pathetic service.... Shame on zolo Pg staff

Dont ever think of it. Worst place to stay. App shows different rates and the manager takes different rates. No proper service to customers. When you call customer care all you can hear is sorry our representatives are busy. Stayed here for 1 month and now changing.

Management is worst. They don't listen to the problems even when there are already many tickets raised by many people for multiple problems in PG because of electricity outage like lift, washing machine, water cooler, wifi etc.

I had to choose From bad and the worst, i opted for Zolo. First month waa superb then the quality started deteriorating.

Water crisis always. You will be charged 2% if you pay rent online with credit/debit card

These guys take customer for GRANTED. Lots of water and electricity issues (I stay in zolo euphoria). Giving feedback on their app is a waste as don't act on it. Food quality of very poor. Wifi is extremly slow as well. They lie on their brochure (eg saying power backup is there, when it isn't).

I live in Zolo since last six months. My opposite room person someks cigarette & weed. All somk comes in my room. They never took action against them. Their property manager know everything. Then also they say there is no proof. This place is only for goons not for normal person.

This version of app is having issues. UPI payment option is not working properly. Everytime I try to go to UPI payment option the app got hang and pop comes that app stopped working. Kindly look into this issue as soon as possible.

[ZOLO MITRA] Worst food. You will get Insects in food or sometimes it stinks. No one respond to complaint. No one receive call on support.

Worst Management. FILTHY food. Got crawling creatures several times in food served. Managment has takn pic of it(guess for Souvenir). No house keeping as promised, running behind property manager(little boy) is what they meant. Rent is high for the quality provided, can easily find a flat at this cost.

I am living here from 1.5 yr. I would suggest you not to join. No hot water between 11am to 6 pm. Breakfast quality not good. Electricity problem. No lift service. Limited wifi. Rent is higher compare to other PGs. No transport facility from property. Only 2 washing machines & 1 shared freeze for >60 people. No power backup. No immediate action on any ticket you raise. and a lot to tell

Poor service in Zolo Acropolis, and so called property manager is useless and arrogant. Don't take this PG, you will have to loose your self respect

Worst pg to be in .No one know about the word management . They can't even keep their own records which costed me my deposit money . Wort PG every in all aspects (food,cleness, management). Worst part they won't even take any responsibility of their doing

Very poor management. No services provided as said in website. No house keeping staff is there to clean rooms. No one is care about of raised complaints. They are only maintaining formality. Horrible servive.

I booked 2 Sharing. But got confirmed in 3 sharing. But Plz shift me to 2 Sharing asap. For now am in Zolo Kings Landing, 101

waste of money. go for renting a flat instead.
