I'm impressed with the quality of the massage I received! This is my first time ever booking an in-home massage in my life. BreAnn Wharton has worked extensively with people with disabilities. I have scoliosis with kyphosis and have severe back & muscle pain from it. She was able to give me a very effective deep tissue massage without killing me in the process lol I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This app has frequent push notifications that are simply for marketing purposes and it's VERY annoying. I don't want to turn off notifications entirely for the app because I want notifications about my booking but I don't want to be told every few days about some offer or other. Other apps allow users to opt out of push notifications but this one does not. Very annoying! It's also annoying that the therapist I booked received my actual phone number from the app rather than being proxied through Zeel. It means I get direct solicitations for more massage services via SMS from that therapist. I don't want that! If I want another massage from him, I'll book it. If I don't book it then I don't want it - don't message me! As a matter of privacy Zeel shouldn't share client phone numbers with therapists, instead they should proxy messages or at the very least they should instruct their therapists not to ever market directly to clients. If this service is about relaxation then it shouldn't include so much marketing interruptions unless people opt in to that. I only want notifications and SMSes about things I need to pay attention to.

Signed up and immediately got text messages from someone asking if I had my own table. Therapist showed up with table and without music. She fiddled with her phone for a long time with her back to me then propped it up against the front of my microwave which has a large digital display of the time. She did not work on the area requested. Because she only worked on the side that didn't need therapy - the side where she was always facing her camera - I believe she was recording. She later claimed that her phone was being used to keep track of the time. Horrible massage left my back extremely sore with visible bruises. Company was VERY unprofessional and sided with therapist. Hostile and defensive! Said they would issue refund but never did. Had to initiate a chargeback.

The therapists are professional, timely, and...most importantly...give fantastic massages. I've used it twice and both were spectacular. I also suggest taking the massage in the evening since you can roll off the table and straight into bed. Also, since everything for payment is just handled in the app, there's no awkward exchange of cash at the end...just a swift 'Thank You!'. If you love your therapist you can reschedule them easily so it's the best of all worlds. I definitely recommend Zeel. Remember to use the code ANYG :)
