Cannot not get please wait for your party to be reached off my phone and will not let me add a song says i am registered for this service when i am not. Cant get anything to work. Hate this app.

Used to love it...now not so much. Called for fix, they said uninstall then reinstall. I did and calls still not playing my ringbacks. Uninstalling. Btw...worked fine on Galaxy S6, S7...not so good.

I haven't had this service in several years and had unsubscribed but now all of a sudden it's on my bill and I haven't even downloaded the app? What the heck!

Hated it won't let me pass the open page. Keeps saying error.

This app worked great with my HTC One V...I switched to a Samsung Galaxy 3 & now this app is horrible. It loads extremely slow & I can't preview my purchase before I buy it. If I stay on the app 5 mins or more the song I tried to preview will FINALLY play. I don't know if this a bug or what but it needs to be fixed.

I have 5 songs that I have downloaded and paid for. They all worked for half a day and now don't show up anywhere in my phone to be able to use as a ring tone. There is no place to get help or support for this. I will never use this app again

Ringtones work fine. However when purchasing ringbacks they do not work whats so ever. Does anyone know how to fix this as I have not had any luck.

Permissions have changed to be rather unfavorable. This app has nothing to do with my texting, nor my contacts, nor my audio settings. I never used it much before. Definitely won't use or update anytime soon.

you think we want this thing? you don't even need it, you can just connect your phone to your computer put music on it, and than set your ring tones that way, plus the quality will be better as well. ALLOW US TO UNINSTALL!!!! i would like to know where the people who 5 star this negative infinity piece of junk work.

Could you please repair this apps many others(including myself) are complaining about. Thank you for your time and cooperation. P.S. Though your apps deserve "a third of a star", I"ll graciously rated it a 3, for I honestly believe that your workers over at your site can resolve those complainer(including myself) issues. This app is constantly having trouble, either freezing up or buying ringbacks on its own, which, by the way, the company was supposed to give me credit for, but didn't. I like having ringbacks but I'm getting frustrated and about ready to cancel...

Why pay over 2.50 for a song that is 20 seconds long and expires when u can get full songs for free and edit them to ringtones. This app needs to go.

I have tried to update this app and it doesn't work. I uninstalled the update still doesn't work. This app never worked for me. Is there another ringback tone app, that actually does work, Zedge does ringtones not ringback tones.????

I have a new Samsung Galaxy III and it hasn't work since I got the phone. It has worked on all my other phones but not this one :-(

This app really is sh####! It won't open, just an freakin error code. There are no good ring back apps.

Bloatware. Don't use it, don't need it. We should be able to uninstall it.

Took a couple of weeks before the error screen stopped appearing and was able to get into the app at all. When u try to listen to a preview of the song just says "loading" forever and doesn't load.

Seriously need to fix this...this whole app is nothing but blank screen! Stupid and aggravating

Considering I have to pay $5 a month to get ringback tones on my phone and the app to get my ringbacks never works kinda sucks. So here you go U.S. Cellular here is another $5 wasted!!! Do something with this application......
