I love this app. You are able to customize almost all, if not all of their products . They also have cute designs you can choose. Excellent customer service.

Great prices for unique items. I have ordered several times and have not been disappointed yet.

If you design and sell items through Zazzle, the app isn't going to work well for you. If you are a buyer, and want to personalize items, it will work fine. Sellers, stick to the website. *Update, the app still does not accommodate designers. I would create, sell, and share regularly from here if it had the option. Using my computer lessens quality and ease of use. Please consider this update. Thank you!

Zazzle app is perfect for buying any type gift and has every design imaginable. You may also customize the items to suit your wishes! You can do all of your shopping on Zazzle without going from store to store online hunting for the perfect gift.

I love Zazzle and every product I have received is high quality. My one main complaint, and this applies to the website as well, is that filtering is very limited and with literally thousands of items that makes finding what you're looking for difficult.

A little buggy. It crashes often and sometimes takes a long time for either your saved listings or the listing maps to render. I prefer desktop version.

At first glance this seemed like a great idea when I wanted a unique scrapbook idea.... I looked at numerous sites and came upon this site which was going to allow me to have a big binder scrapbook with my niece's picture on the back and front of the binder. So I get the binder and the outside of the book is awesome......BUT THERE ARE NO PAGES INSIDE THE BOOK TO PUT PICTURES IN! WHO DOES THAT??? IF I KNEW THAT THE MONEY I PAID WITH WAS ONLY GOING TO BE THE BOOK AND NOTHING INSIDE, I WOULD HAVE NEVER ORDERED IT!!! THIS PEOPLE ARE SLICK..... MY ADVICE.....if your looking for an empty binder.....THIS IS YOUR PLACE.... BUT IF YOUR TRYING TO PURCHASE AN ACTUAL BOOK WITH MATERIAL INSIDE....DON'T DO IT! SAVE YOUR MONEY! ZAZZLE, YOU NEED TO BE MORE SPECIFIC ABOUT THE PURCHASE THAT IS BEING MADE! IF AT ANY TIME I READ THAT THIS WAS AN EMPTY BINDER, YOU WOULD NOT HAVE RECIEVED MY MONEY FOR 2 BOOKS. It is pointless to have to buy scrapbooking paper for a book that should have paper included. WHEN YOU MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR SITE, PLEASE INCLUDE THIS CHANGE. MAKE IT ABUNDANTLY CLEAR WHAT THE BUYER IS GOING TO RECIEVE. I WON'T BE REFERRING ANYONE TO YOUR SITE

App has gotten worse since I last used in June. Maybe it's cyber monday traffic, maybe it is ass slow, but it isn't working out for me. Too bad because I really like creating custom items but it's now too difficult via mobile or app.

The last few years i have used Zazzle to make the perfect personalized gifts for friends and family. Christmas, Birthdays or just for fun. I have found such amazingly awesome and creative gifts and they email fantastic promo codes all the time. Last Xmas I managed to make 6 custom photo mugs and with a promo code got them each for less than 4 dollars!! Making crafty gifts can be addictive so beware! Lol

It won't let me sign up it said " unable to sign up If you believe this is an erroe, contact zazzle, i doubt you guys will even do anything this is bull

Sometimes it's hard to customize orders with your phone. But overall, it's a good app and I have recommended it to friends.

Even harder to sign in to than their horrible mobile web page experience. This company is a crime against CAPTCHA.

The Zazzle app isn't just a great way to upload designs and buy products, it's an effective tool for generating search visibility for your store. The only catch is that cleaning your smartphone's cache temporarily diminishes the app's ability to attract visitor traffic. It's a rather unorthodox SEO hack, but I'm not a big fan of handing your personal data to Google Analytics. Love the app, love the stores, wishing y'all a great holiday season!

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality if a personalized travel mug from here. so reasonanly priced and adorable!! the only issue I have had from this site is on some party invites I ordered. I needed to change something in the design a few hrs after I submitted. it hadn't been send to print yet and it seemed like it let me make changes but the i invited arrived as the original design. Completely my fault but it would have been nice to have a grace period to alter a mistake. The invites were grqt quality though

It's a good idea, but super frustrating and buggy. It kept losing my changes and reverting to the wrong mailing address *after* I clicked Buy. I had to cancel the order twice. GRRRR....
