Cannot change to order 10 pc chicken fingerz. Only option are 5 and 20.

Tried using two different debit cards and it says both were declined when the cards are good. Would love to use the app but it suck that I can't. Really disappointed.

Seems like the developer took an iOS Web app and ported to Android. Hasn't even been updated since 2011. Absolutely horrible implementation. Easier to use the website.

I picked what i wanted to order. I hit the checkout button and come up to the day and time screen. The date its always blank and the time for pick up is set as the current time. I click on date to select today and then change the time to when i want to pick it and press the submit button. I receive an error saying i can only place orders for same day pick up. The only day you can pick is the current day. I cant get past this screen.

1/3 of the internal links are broken, which means you can't order mist of the "most popular" items, plus no one touch payment. What a load of crap.

It won't let me order from the zaxbys near me. I can order from the one 35 miles from me though.

Don't know what happened to this app. It use to work, but doesn't anymore. Can't order from it.

newest update displeases me. the "add item" button doesn't work at all on my phone, therefore can't add anything to my cart. When I select my previous order, it won't let me view it to make sure its correct.

Take a look at Burger Kings and AuntieAnnies. I mean this app is border line above disgrace. Much improvement is needed. That being said I really like the loading bar at top, please keep that if anything.

RIP OFF!!! I tried to order using the app. When I clicked to pay, it said PLEASE WAIT. After 5 minutes, I gave up. No way to cancel the order. I went to the nearest Zaxby's, ordered and paid. I told the manager, he said the order did not come through, I would not be charged. WRONG - I was charged twice, once in store, once with the app. I have reported this to Zaxby's two times. NO RESPONSE.

This app was really nice and I enjoyed using it. Now it will not pull over previous orders nor add certain items such as boneless wings meal to cart. Please fix!

I've used the app 4 times. 1st time, food was good, but they were skimpy on my mushrooms. 2nd time they filled the carton up with mushrooms. Thank you! 3rd and 4th time, my sandwiches were cold. So I'm giving a negative review since this app is a reflection of the restaurant. I'll never pre-order again. I'll just go in and wait.

Very poorly done. There should be an option to pay at the restaurant. There is probably a reason that this is not an option but perhaps make it avaliable after a credit card is saved or the account to is verified after the first purchase. This should be an app and not a browser. Having to load each page is ridiculous; the pages should be saved and already loaded. I am a student and the local Zaxbys offers a discount, I cannot get the discount using this "app". I'm using a note 5 and there is massive stuttering in the app, this should not be happening. Some text in menus are overlapping on my device. Why is everything grey, black, or white? Add some color; is should be seeing tons or orange, blue, and brown and many more chickens. There should be a picture of each item when I select it. Make me want to use the App. Not that you have to but your competition offers incentives for using their app. Tacobell currently is offering 20% off orders once per day. Why can I not change my side on meals to onion rings? There should be a dedicated team updating this app. If more than one person has been working on this app then they need a new occupation. Also there is no need to thank me for my constructive criticism; improving the app would be more than enough.

Why does this message appear on every screen while using this app? Not able to make orders using this piece of junk... This needs to be fixed

This is nothing more than a front-end for a mobile browser. I can't even order my normal meal (Traditional Wings & Things) because there's no "Add" button. I can add other menu items without issue. This problem has been there for at least 3 months. Also couldn't reorder a previous order because I received a message that the price of some item(s) had changed. Why not show me the change and give me an option to continue the order rather than me having to re-enter the entire order.

This app. Not the food. Used to love to use the app and order ahead... But no more, little help please

Will not allow you to order anything! Does not find the closest location even with my location turned on!! Why have an app if it doesn't work? WTH??

I was hoping to be able to order anything on the menu, but it gave me an error message when I tried to order a fried house zalad. I even uninstalled and reinstalled to try and fix the issue.

I typed in my location and the Zaxbys that is walking distance from my apartment didn't show up!

Does not work for the"giveaways" only surveys and finding a restaurant. Pretty pointless.

Zaxbys, awesome. Zaxbys app, garbage. I was standing in line at Zaxbys and searched for the closest location; it said there were none. Bummer

Bad app. Restaurant closest to me wouldnt pull up.

Once you place your order it always shows error did not process.

If my restaurant isn't listed, then it serves no purpose. 46038. Even the website for the store didn't have online ordering available.

There is a store on Raeford Road in Fayetteville that has been in operation since the beginning of the year and STILL isnt on the app. YET, they advertise the app all over.

I now know why I only eat there when someone else is paying. Geez! Those prices. Samsung galaxy s4.

Still doesn't have the new Richburg, SC store.... So for me its pointless to have installed!!!
