6PM - Shoes, Clothes & More

Items that have previously been saved to favorites list do not show up later in the favorites list on the app. Sometimes they don't show up at all. Or I have to tap them several times. Or they don't appear on the favorites list on the app but only on the web version online. And why am I only able to view a certain number of items in my favorites and then it keeps shifting by me having to scroll up and back out the favorites list then back in for it to be able to display additional items? This is unacceptable!

My only complaint is that, every time I apply a filter, it reloads the entire list of items. So if I'm looking for something in a certain a.) size, b.) color, and c.) price range, I have to reopen the filter menu to add each of those specs one by one. Overall, though, the app is responsive and easy to navigate.

At first when I down loaded the app, it kept loading. So I uninstalled it and restalled the app. Then it started working properly. I really like this app. I absolutely love the shoes. Thats the first thing I went to. I've ordered 2 pair already. But I will get around to browse the other items. Great Deals!!

The site glitches sometimes and then you have to start your search over. Great deals though! Love their offerings, been buying from them for years.

Love the selection when the pricing! Great customer service, as well: my kids shoes ruined within 2 weeks, but I did not get a chance to contact them until after 30 days, and they refunded my money to my credit card!

Sometimes, you're unable to get the item that's in your cart w/out information as to why

Good place to order shoes. There are other things also, but they have lots of options for shoes.

Update fails again and again. Gave up and uninstalled.

The baby section is not loading.

Need to add the ability to move items from cart to wish list for later purchase.

Overall the app runs pretty well and since 6pm is the same company as Zappos the app is identical. Only gripe I have is when you're selecting different specifications from the sidebar to narrow down your search (size, color, etc.) it closes and you have to keep swiping to open the options again. This doesn't happen with the Zappos app so it'd be nice if 6pm could fix that.

Luv this app. I have turned my shopaholic friend onto it and she works for a high-end retailer. I have also turned another friend onto it who does not like to shop. We all like how we can filter shoe shopping to our preference. I have been looking for some black shoes and of course no luck but I found the style I needed at 6pm

Love this app! I'm on it everyday looking for new things. With that said I do wish they had a newly added section. Other than that no complaints. It's easy to use and I get the products amazingly fast! Best deals on the web!

I am overall very happy w 6pm. Not thrilled about paying return shipping charges if shoes don't fit or I don't care for them. Other than that, good.

My Issue isn't with the app but the service I ordered a 3 pairs of sneakers and they said they were delivered(they were not)I gave them the benefit of the doubt let's just to say I'm getting a refund use a your own discretion

I would've given it 5 stars but it told I have a discount on the shoe but when getting total price it said $0 discount... Not sure what happened
