Fastest, and shipping is awesome. I like to buy good quality shoes here for less than $20 which last me more than any other brand. Tmobile made me a good reference.

Simple to shop & find items. However, I'm using a Note 8 & the performance of is abit laggy in the app.

Best site to buy shoes ever! I have large, hard to fit feet, so I love the fact that I can order multiple sizes and easily send back, for free, those that don't fit me.

I always shop Zappo's first. If I can't find what I want there, I usually change my mind and don't buy anything. I would rather do with out than go through the hassle of trying to deal with another store. Zappo's seems to be the only company that trains their employees, and believes in customer service.

The app is pretty great except the login handling is extremely buggy, at least when authenticating with Amazon. In one case it gets into a loop where it says auth timed out and re-authenticates except it actually doesn't. And then I was trying to manually log out and back in but it went into an in between state where it thought it was logged in, just with no data or access, but it wouldn't let me log out. I had to force stop to get out of that. Then it just spun endlessly when trying to log in with amazon, which even uninstalling and reinstalling didn't fix. I finally used my wife's iPhone version of the app to finish the purchase. Will be uninstalling permanently. The rest of the app is great though.

Not easy to find shoes in a 16 wide/double wide. They had them, plus the app was so stupid easy to use that I was able to put my.order in and pay whole brushing my teeth for bed... I gotta give them credit, they made a very good app.

I love zappos. This app isn't the greatest - the filter nav is a little confusing (not clear where you should click to get out of the filter), but overall it's easy to find what your looking for or to discover new items.

This app is a POS. Not reliable and constantly tells me there is an authorization error or won't load my cart to check out. Sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn't. It's so unreliable I typically go through other retailer's apps to buy my shoes. Just not worth the hassle with Zappos.

I have been a huge Zappos fan for years so I was excited to test out the app. It's aesthetically pleasing but it seems like there are still some glitches they need to work out. I initiated a return within the app but there was no option to email the label, only one to view it. There was an option to use Live Chat for assistance within the app so I tried it out and was able to get some help. The rep said he emailed me the label and asked me to check if I received the email but I wasn't able to because when I selected "Mimimize Chat" it wouldn't minimize so I couldn't access my home screen. I haven't tried to browse or purchase through the app yet but will give it a try at some point.

It doesnt let you remove liked items even if they are no longer in stock. I have half a dozen liked items that have been out of stock for about a yearthat I cannot unlike on my lists. Its rather annoying. Update 8/6/17: repeated Authentication Timed Out error. Cant even give them my money it seems... Update 12/22/17: Cannot search shoes by brand. Also, I would like to filter by shoe color AND sole color.

It took quite a while to check out. I kept getting an authentication time out. When I looked out and tried to log in with my Amazon account, it did not work. Once I was able to log in with my email, the app worked fine.

A little disappointing that you can't even mark a favorite for reference. If it had been thought through a little better they would have had a spot for notes IE: this drink could use more or less of something. It's fine but just a list of recipes with no functionality

You can read everything, the information overlaps, the chat box does not minimize easily and does not allow you the paste information into. I use to like it, but the more brlls and whistles they try to put in the more vells and ehistles that are screwed up.

I love Zappos! I shop with them all the time! But this app is garbage... I have a brand new Samsung S8 and the app won't run for more then 20 seconds without crashing.

I just downloaded and used this app for Christmas, and I absolutely love it! I bought the wrong size shoes and it was so easy to exchange them. They were so cooperative, it was easy! Very good products, prices and customer service! I will be using this app for my online shopping.

Love zappos I have been shopping here for years. I have never had a problem. Saves me a lot of time, and being in long lines.

I have constant authentication problems with this app on Android 8.0.0 with Amazon login. It's otherwise a great app, but lately it's impossible to place an order on the mobile app.

Once you get used to how to use the app, you can find exactly what you want. Great store for shoes for hard-to-fit feet.

I love this app. At first I didn't because there was no way to save items for later, but if you just add to your wish list or favorites, you can go back and buy later. Love it!!

This app is so easy to use. No hassle. Had the shoes in the size I wanted after having trouble finding the correct size au other places.

I discovered Zappos in 2010 and placed an order at around 9pm and it said that my order was free and i will recieve it at 10am the next day. I was skeptical but I placed the order. I got my babies snowsuit by 9 am the next day! I was wowed with the service ever since. Thanks!!!

Since the latest update, trying to check out gives an authentication error loop. Basically makes the app useless if I can't actually buy anything.

The current build of this app is garbage. Can't favorite items for review later, which is basically the whole point of shopping on Zappos. Needs to have the bugs worked out.

I got free next day air shipping through the app, plus they gave me a $5 loyalty reward - awesome!
