NoText(Administrator)

Anytime NoText(Administrator) is operating, Group administrator has access to member's traces of location and speed. The only operation that will be allowed while member are moving faster then 10 Mph would be your ability to make phone calls and use GPS. Anything else requires the operator to stop their vehicle or disable NoText by call to the Manager.
