It works. I told the file manager to open with Stuntzurl every time then I told Stuntzurl to open (my browser, Firefox) every time. Now all urls open straight from the file manager in Firefox without any other action. Just what I wanted since no browsers want to import Favourites any more. Spiffing.

Oh my god, so much searching for something that should be possible by default. Thanks!

App doesn't work for 6.0, Marshmallow. I now have thousands of .url links that I can no longer open. I will at once rate this app 5 instead of 1 once it's been updated. When it worked, this was a truly great app. UPDATE: .urls on my device still won't open. BUT if I open them using a secondary app (ES File Explorer File Manager) then stuntzurl works. So I'm giving this app a 4 instead of 5 since it forces me to use another app along with this one.

I couldn't believe it wouldn't work as standard to open such links but it didn't and I had to try 3 apps before I found this. So great job. However I would love to see functionality added that let me choose what app the url opens in. If this option already exists I do apologise as I haven't looked to deeply into settings

Finally, a way to open the url links I've saved on my windows desktop. Restores a feature I've missed from Windows Mobile. Thank you! :)

Really useful app. Works OK on Lollipop, can't get it to work on Marshmallow. Maybe it needs updating?

Can use it, without any extra steps, to open shortcuts stored on a desktop computer using ES File Explorer.

I updated my note 4 verizon to marshmallow and now this app is not working. Please modify the app.

I can download Google Drive files ... url type by downloading the file and then open the url in a browser.

Works perfectly on my 5.1.1 Galaxy S6. Now to find a way to save links to storage from the Firefox browser.

Opens shortcuts to websites from cloud storage.

Love this app again (now that.it's been updated/fixed). This allows one to open Windows URL files stored on Google Drive, other apps, and in local storage. Thanks for this simple and easy app!

I've copied a website (BMW homepage) across to my Hudl-2, and when I try to open it I just get a black screen with a small picture of what looks like someone's leg in paster at the top of the screen. Frustrating, any help out there?

I used to love this application, but now it is not working in android lollipop if the developer could fix this that would be great!

Works perfectly for a dropbox and dropsync user like myself, I have my .url files in folders with the stuff I need them with like word files and others, now I can click them on android just like the computer. Just install and open a url file "as a text file" and then select this app to open it by default. :)

Note 3 with 4.4.2. When you open a url, and select this app, the app just hangs.

Just have to select image when asked "open as". Much needed app since ICS filemanager is crap.
