Zando Online Fashion Shopping

This app is a mess. You click on a product and it says it doesnt exist. Stuff gets randomly removed from your wishlist and cart. The search function is a disaster. Search for something and you get 0 results. Sort according to most popular and suddenly there are 20 results. Just terrible and the website isnt much better.

My order was cancelled but payment on my visa credit card shows that it is pending clearing, which is a usual thing with my credit payments. They do clear immediately on my side. Though the Order was successful on completion. I send an email but no response. I called and I was told to place a new order? How when my funds are pending clearance for the first order which they cancelled? And the 3 for two promotion is finished. I am disappointed

There's always something wrong witb the app. Sometimes I can't access my wish list, most recently I double ordered somwthing because it kept giving an error, it says error occurred when trying to access my previous orders and now it says there is nothing in my wishlist. Try to catch up with other apps.

I'm not happy with this app. I have placed an order on the 3 October and I got an email stating that they could not process my order after I did my online payment with my debit card. You simply cannot play like this when some has unhesitatingly paid. I sent you an email and I need my money back

I will not recommended Zando to anyone.Zando the app, customer service delivery and everything about it sucks. Fazlin is the worst, and she calls herself a manager. How can you guys create an app that will allow customers to order and proceed to payment while the address is incorrect. You didn't even bother calling or sending sms to advise that the address is incorrect and as a result of that order is delayed

I like zando, one thing that bores me is that size 3-4 is always unavailable. I do get gorgeoua heels, but i struggle with size, like now aaw a pink heel with fur on top, but they dont have my size.

The new update is absolutely horrible! It's now virtually impossible to shop via the app because items keep disappearing from my cart and wishlist. Please fix the bug.

Okay but I love this app (and website)!! They cater to plus sized gals such as myself and I was shocked to discover everything I'd ordered fit me perfectly (I barely find that). Fairly reasonable priced but I love that you have sales all the time, definitely helps when you don't have time to shop due to work. Also have always received my order on time!

Don't think i will ever shop here again i ordered on Monday and i paid for next day delivery but they didn't do so . Today i received emails saying my oders are delivered but they didn't do so i don't know what's going on or is driver's problem or what and then i sent them an email reporting my problem but they didn't reply

Absolutely hate the updated version, been struggling checkout any items I've decided to purchase. I've even tried emptying my basket and refilling it but still not luck

Unable to add address. Lots of bug's in it. It says invalid phone number all the time.

So easy to use! My items always come early, are well-packaged and look just like the picture. I love that there is such a variety of payment options and sorting options. Awesome app, keep it up!

Stuff goes missing from wishlist. Add an item then it show the total.....when you click wishlist it says wishlist empty an error occurded. Somehow you guys downgraded

I love Zando's delivery turn around time. The App is so easy to access and to view every category without internet delaying to load. It's amazing

Can't view wishlist most of the time and when I can it doesn't let me edit it, i.e. remove items and items are randomly deleted from my wishlist even when they are still in stock!!!

Im happy with my goodies frm zando everything just like the said and on time

I think zando offers the best deal and online services ever! However,I think we should be able to make exchanges where necessary. I love zando

Got my parcel within three working days. Amazing shopping at reasonable prices. .. also efficient communication with clients.

zando is the perfect way to do online shopping and have the most stunning clothes but they can be expensive, and may have a glitch or registering problem ........................

Please fix the 'refine' option because I select the options I want but it doesn't apply them
