The app is organized well. Easy to use. Also has detailed info and calls to inform you about the shipment of products. It has a fast and reliable delivery and the customer service staff/team and the people that deliver the packages are so nice especially the Zalora Express that even delivers till night. Also the customer service staff are always attentive and questions and requests are always or mostly granted. This is the only online shopping platform that didn't dissapoint me. I haven't got issues with them. Good job!

Best feature is the detailed info on when your orders are on the way. Takes as fast as 3 days to receive items in Perak. I've purchased countless times on Zalora, pay by credit card and so far, no problem. Love the easy to return policy. They give you an option of in-store credit or money back (you got to call them for this one).
