It is old school. Saying fat makes you fat is so wrong. There are good fats like say in avacados or coconut oil. Actually very good for you. Also potatoes? No not good for you at all....still some good info in here though.

Wonderful information! I wrote a list of all the different foods that are listed and found ways to include each one. This would be a better app if there were more recipes, ways to incorporate the foods listed, and heathier alternatives to some of the junk we eat.

I agree with only half the stuff on this app. I feel like the main details I disagree with on this app is the fact that it focuses too much on calories and fat when really u need calories and fat in order to burn the fat off your body. Though the calories and fat that are needed has to come from the good/best quality foods like grass-fed butter, organic raw nuts, organic coconut and olive oil, etc. :) other than this, the app is great and provides very good info.

I thought this app would help me learn what foods and food groups would help me keep up on my diet and help me lose weight bit it nothing like that ir more disapointing then anything. There are no pictures that shows u how it works or even a description either. Could be improved drastically!

What I do with thesebfoods is write down what I can have a day and add up the caleries I try to take out 20 cal per day and u get used to it soo fast this really helped with what I should eat on my list. Love yhis app

You may consider offering COMPARISON of 3/4 foods, just as we compare Mobiles. Pl give categories say Protein rich foods in decending order say for vegetarians.

It was really good and i reccomend it. They could have put in some recipies but they did have some serving suggestions i suppose! Definitley get this (i learned new things) but.. Could they change 'cups' since i am british and dont understand that

Great info on best nutrition choices when focusing on weight loss. But for those of us less creative cooks, having quick and simple ways to prepare these foods would really help. Half the battle is making my new go to foods more flavorful. I also expected more charts ...less reading. Sorry but I need my info short and too the point!
