Most bug fixed but why do I have to login every time even though I have remember me on? Still has room for improvement. Crashes, not resetting info after paying my bills and why can't I see how many minutes I have used?? I can online so please add it to the app. Yes and also old design, as an internet / Telecom company you must have great employees that make good apps, old look and feel no special features at all. Very sad.

Glitchy & has very old design. You'd think Zain would spend more money on its app as single-dev apps look & work better.

Aftre january 2017 update I am not able to recharge my prepaid line. In addition, Its not good practice to stop giving service and force user for update installation.

Too bad. Registering is very bad, exit from the app does not work. Uninstalling now, sorry !

What cloud be the problem my phone doesn't show network , Even also it cant call and if i try They say no net work available .i tried to Such network in soo many areas but it seems non . Pls what can i do.

Why do we need to enter our credentials everyone v log in... if so then woz da use of the remember me on this device option?

Not able to check the other related lines, previously I was able to Check the prepaid line and my data line . Now I am only able to see my primary line.

I never had issues with the app, plus!! it is perfect for me , I can pay my bills without problems nor issues or errors too , I don't why people hate ZAIN this much though what I see is that it has the latest and greatest offers, the coverage is very good and the pricing is pretty well balanced, every about ZAIN really suits my daily activities, thank you for your support , will always be a loyal customer.

Stupid app.i didn't see like this app.nobody will answer me if we chat live.and also not connecting their website also........

Bad application that lacks services such as cancelling the contract or cancel the service or changing it, glitchy and the design is awful

Same problems after the update , I recommend to delete the app , downloading it eats up your Internet data limit ...
