My only issue is kinda petty really but its something I noticed. When I used the web version of the site on my mobile phone, the pictures were really clear cut and bright. This app does not have a link to deal with your "tickets" (ie complaints or problems). You have to go to the website to deal with them. Since they require photos for the complaints, you must take it with your phone, email it to yourself, save on computer and upload to the "ticket" space on the website, instead of just having that functionality available on the mobile site or the app. Very inefficient and inconvenient! So many problems with delivery and the clothes being not as advertised, it's annoying all the way round.
