App in desperate need of update for current phones

on galaxy s7 cant access other menus where settings can be changed.

On your apple its easier but on Android you have to hold down the lower left button on your phone until 3 buttons pop up. You are unable to change temp with air touch the temp you see is current temp of house or room. We have released a newer pannel and app called air touch 2. More options in this one with better resolution. You have the ability of changing mode eg fan heat cool and also fan speed "high medium low" you can control two units from one pannel shearing the same duct work. Pop in and see it.

Thanks for Android user solutions for pop up screens. AirTouch 2 however, does not work at all on Android. Just keeps saying "AirTouch Module Unresponsive", yet the module is working on the original app. "Restart" achieves nothing.

Has problems with VLSM. I was tearing my hair out as to why the Airtouch app couldn't recognise the Airtouch controller, when I could browse to the controller Web UI with no problems. Had to do wireless packet capture to get this thing to work. The problem is that app broadcasts on 192.168.1.255, which is fine if you use a default Class C subnet mask. I don't - on my 192.168.1.0 network, I use a /28 subnet mask, which put the app broadcast outside my subnet (Should have been 192.168.1.15). Changed my subnet mask to /24, and no problems. Once I could connect to the Airtouch controller, the app worked great. 5 stars if you you fix the broadcast problem.

Does the job. Although app ceases to function once it goes into the background and nerds to be closed and restarted to work.

You can Only use the one screen. Even tho it clearly shows that you have multiple screens. Come on guys fix it.

Cant turn unit on and off from the app.. have to turn it on from the wall panel. Arent we supposed to be able to turn it on and off from the app?

Needs work plus need static ip to go truly wireless

App fails to load 90% of time. Needs a lot of work and update. Wasted $600 on the hardware.

Cant change temp only shows 1 screen

Can only get the first screen. Unable to find any settings. Can turn it off and on and +/- temp. Have tried uninstalling and re installing but get the same result
