The hardware is good. The software has lots of deficiencies. Presets don't work and only save during current session. Black screen with loss of app focus (multi tasking impossible). Manual is terrible and uninformative. HD mode is not HD. Paid good money for this package and expect features advertised to work. Often continues working in background after logging out thus requiring force close.

For whatever reason I cannot connect using Wi-Fi. The app keeps telling me the network is busy. It worked ok at first and then all of a sudden started with the busy network problem. Fyi, the network is fine. Now it works sometimes, but most of the time I get an error message saying network is busy! It's extremely frustrating!

It works. It may be hard to comprehend when using the first time. Presets were unusable for us since there are no tutorials or manual. Also it is annoying to always force the application to stop/close everytime.

I have following suggestion. 1- schedule the camera to turn on or off at the preset hours. 2-The camera should be able to track an object moving in the room. 3. Option to turn off led's or option to set the sensibility of light sensor. It make noise when it goes into night vision mode. Thanks

Used to be great. Now I get a network error EVERY SINGLE TIME I TRY TO USE THIS APP!!!!!! I am so tired of it because I NEED ACCESS TO MY CAMERA! I have tried everything from uninstalling the and reinstalling it to unplugging the camera. This app seriously needs an update or I will be finding another way to use my camera without this app.

Loved this at first but somehow the icon disappeared from my phone so I downloaded it again and now it won't let me link with the camera. The password on the bottom of the unit will not work and says it is invalid. We've done everything we know how ... it is useless to me.

I've only used this app for 12 hours and it has crashed several times. It's drained my phone battery and when the app has been closed, the sound from the camera is still active on the phone (when it's working). Strange. The app needs a major overhaul to work properly. The time and date keeps changing after it being set. When the app works, the picture and sound is okay. Sometimes a delay.

Can't be use with the latest G's (useable only if wifi connections <3G). Currently work only with cable.

Terrible..bought this and haven't been able to connect. Have asked for help but the seller has no idea. Setup has no next button after entering password. Any idea how to fix it.

Gives the option to input device name and password but no button to submit. Only use for this app is getting a headache from the god awful noise it makes

All goes well when looking and recording. It's just at the time of viewing, changed to full view so black image is gone. But the recording is normal. Just a black screen with no pictures.

This is just about the worst app I've ever used. It freezes, has to reload several times to work, throws a bunch of error codes etc. Its super annoying but does technically "work"

Last update is bad. Won't connect most times.turns volume off on my phone when I close.when I do connect it won't unconnected, I have to force stop.

This worked fine until last update, now all i get is 'network busy, try later'. This app is now rendered useless

Most unstable app I have ever used. It crashes constantly and is filled with bugs

Getting worst then the last 3 update now the setting camera cannot go throught & password cannot be set so pissed off

Can' use the app using my s8.. getting error.. hopefully this will be resolved

bring back AP function. After update device firmware 21xx30, cam cannot switch into AP, its useful for user without internet connection

My wife's iPhone connects without issue but my galaxy s8 keeps getting a "network busy" issue.

Guys, I shifted to standalone mode wo thinking it is password protected now i cant access the cam, does someone know the hotspot password? Also any idea how to remotely view the recorded video on the sdcard?

Cannot delete warning message. It was annoying when you got ton of it.

I changed the device password from 123 and I forgot. Now I cant access the new cam from new devices. How do I recover the password. Help me please.

Worked well but since I've updated to latest version the live video last no longer than 5/6 seconds before freezing. Need to be fixed

Constant network busy error on android. Works fine on IOS. Fix the app!!

When I'm running the camera in standalone mode there will be no internet access and so the exit option in the app is not visible. Always I want to force stop the app or connect to internet for exit.

I would suggest to have an option for enabling camera auto movement based on mobile phone acceleralometer and gyroscope.

I have re installed it, since i can't connected to my camera.

Rotate screen doesnot work on android. Mine is xperia xz. It stalls the app whenever i try to rotate the screen. On ios it works great. Please take care of this in new update.

Really helpful app for IP Camera. Working properly in my phone Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 and Redmi Note 4.
