Nothing works! It's almost like this app is a front for spyware! I've tried this with the S6 and S7

It clearly doesn't work I can't even login. Test these apps before you promote it

Since it uses WiFi to connect, frame rate drops are expected. Make sure your device supports 5.8gh WiFi. if u have a us phone then use the us firmware on cgo3. If u use an EU phone then use the EU firmware on cgo3. Then it should work ok.

Connects but nothing on the screen! Stating network error I see a lot of this in the comment section. Fix please thanks.

Seems to work ok in the drone but I keep getting errors with the steady grip, flashing red but ive got brand new rechargables in it, the same memory card I use in the drone but I can't even find the WiFi on my phone to connect to it

I don't know yet need pass word to connect to camera can you provide me with that thank you

Played with the settings and researched instructions. It didn't matter what I did. Constant "Network Error." Uninstalled. Galaxy S7 Edge.

This works with my Galaxy Note 2 (4.4) with rechargeable 2800maH batteries BUT it takes 100 seconds from switching the steady grip on to my phone showing the CG03 in WIFI AND I have to connect manually. Once the App has synced with the camera the first time on future switch ons it really should automatically connect. Might have missed it but would be good to flip screen horizontally so if you have the grip in your right hand you can hit record with your left hand. Yes it's a little clumsy but it does work on my phone which is nearly 5 years old - a lifetime for a modern smartphone.

POS. Doesn't connect to camera, seems to randomly close. Zero instructions! An app that makes the hardware useless means he hardware should never have been sold. Please fix already!

Loaded the app got connected to camera but the app will not stay open. As soon as i view the camera it closes. I would love for this app to work. I am using the CGO2 app it works fine but has no real control of camera.

Network errors. Will not work. Or crashes after a few seconds. Will not even connect on other devises. Let me know when it's fixed.

Currently not connecting with my nexus 5x, is there any way this could be updated? would love to actually use my phone over the monitor on the controller some days.

This app sort of works.. So, I can connect to the camera, and see the output, but - it is on for about 5 seconds, then it freezes frame for 10 seconds, then another 5 seconds of video, then freeze for 10s, rinse and repeat. I'm sitting 2m away from the drone, so it's not a range issue. Bit of a shame, as I'd love to be able to use it.

It took me a while to figure out how to get the wifi connection. Have to place my phone in Airplane mode for the application to stay connected.

Won't work with my Nexus tablet on the steady grip. Starts up and immediately shuts down. Disappointing, after getting the Q500 4K because of the steady grip. Yuneec please fix this app with update. I see many users having this issue.

Works great on my S8 1st time no problems. fly with a mate who has dji. This is far superior sujest others learn 1st before posting negative comments. It doesn't help anyone.keep up the good work guys improvement's always welcome

I bought this drone Q500 4K, mainly to use the Steadygrip for music videos. This app doesn't work with my Samsung S5, although they say it's compatible. I'm very disappointed!

Many of these 5 star reviews are clearly bots, which speaks volumes of how poor this product is. I've tried multiple phones, fresh batteries, and firmware updates, but I constantly get broken English error messages and the unit fails to record at all. Ditch this trash and get DJI for something that actually works.

I have a Samsung Note. This device will connect, the camera picture appears on the Note screen for a split second then the app closes.

Had major issues with the camera continually disconnecting. Mainly when I connected to the camera through the app, it would drop the wifi on the camera and then you would hear the fan shut off in the camera. Wierdist thing, I replaced the batteries in the steady grip with NiMH recargables, it now works every time. Doesn't seem to make sense but it worked, give it a try! p.s. the batteries I was putting in we're new Energizers. . .

Video recording works fine, but when you try to change photo settings to anything else than single jpg like DNG it doesn't allow it

Rubbish will not link with phone to use cgo3 camera, tried everything.

this application works wonderful with a steady grip it does glitching little bit when trying to use it while flying with the st10 connected which I do believe is due to the limited Downstream speed of only 6 megabytes per second it's trying to send it to devices and it's too much

I have an S7 Active and it doesn't work at all. It's stuck on the home screen and every time I hit the login button nothing happens.

I had the same issues with the app as everyone else not working with my phone (galaxy S6 edge+) and the handgrip with the CGO3 while trying to link it via WiFi. I was always connecting and then getting a failed connection or "anomaly" using regular batteries. I noticed on the bottom of the battery slide cover says to use rechargeable NiHm batteries. I went to radio shack and got some cheap ones. Now works fine. However transferring media to phone through wifi takes forever. Hope this helps

Not a single problem since beginning on Samsung S6. Just select in Wifi setting on the phone cg03 camera, press the camera button in this application and that's it (it connects in less than 15 sec). I am using rechargeable 2700mAh Lenmar batteries

Using rechargeable batteries and following instructions in user manual many times, this is now a nice paperweight. You would think a company competing with DJI would have better support. Also, using Google Fi on a Nexus 6P all up to date as well.

Cutting in and out. Resolution sucks by default but gets even worse every time it reconnects it changes channel and data transfer rate. It freezes when you hit record button, impossible to stop recording. Fan noise ruins the recording. Just stay away from Yuneec junk. Can't believe people compare this with DJI stuff that is light years ahead in tech

This app works for the most part but does not use the phones full display capabilities. 720p resolution looks horrible. Also A CRUCIAL PART OF THE APP IS MISSING! For those that want to shoot cinematic 24fps at 1/50 shutter speed, you are out of luck. How did they not get this right? The st10 remote can select 1/50 but the app can't? What's going on with the app development team???

Absolutely useless. WILL NOT WORK on android GS6 Edge... or any other android device for that matter...
