Breeze Cam for Android
"Fixed some bugs" is hardly adequate after the troubles a lot of us have had with this drone. Have you fixed the wifi disconnect in flight issue yet? If not then it is not useable as mine disconnects every flight.
I have been so far unable to connect the drone to ANY android phone device. (I have tried many) Luckily I have a Nexus 7 which for some reason, plays nice with the drone / app combo. However, because I have to carry a second device with me whenever I intend to use the drone, its pretty much become useless.
I read a lot of the reviews for this app. I also couldn't connect to or see the wifi signal on my device so I did a little digging and apparently the device you use needs to support dual band wifi. If you can't get 5Ghz you won't be able to use it. Swapped devices and WOW very impressed with this bird. It is rock solid stable and fly's quite well. Please know if you have technical knowledge on drones you will be fine. It's a good one.
The app sucks . I paid 419 dollars for this drone to end up not being able to even connect to my android note 4 . Its sucks do something about it before i return it for my money
It doesn't work on Note 8 and other Android device. Fix it. And btw, your batteries on the drone sucks
It works great with my I phone seven any other device useless please update so you can use the app with must phones great drone
Doesn't work on android phones so why is it on googleplay
worked great on Samsung galaxy s7, just purchased the breeze over thanksgiving. all seems great so far
This drone is absolute rubbish ... no more to say... over and out.
Wth brand new out of the box and cannot connect
Needs a manual
Veri good
App worked good.
P.o.s
Another drone app that wont work on Android phone. Aircraft wifi wont show up on phone. Bluetooth connection wont work either. Just release these apps for iO phones until you guys get it right. Its false advertising to say it works on most android phones. I cant pay 500-700 for a phone to fly a 300 drone. I give up on this hobby indefinitely.
Nice drone but keeps losing Wi-Fi signal very dangerous depending where your flying. NEED to update firmware desperately. Had to return 3 drones because of crashes, due to Wi-Fi lose. Please Update FIRMWARE TO AVOID THIS PROBLEM. This is the chance I keep drone or refer others from purchasing it.
Every battery I load into the drone says less that 20% battery. Won't take off. Can't calibrate because of battery %. Waiting on the phone for tech support, and the wait time is going up! Not down... not happy
Drone has great reviews what they don't mention is how awful the app used to control the drone is. I'm returning the drone simply because of the app. It either freezes up or completely shut down. Best case the drone just hovers in the position it was in when the app shuts down giving you a chance to reboot the app and regain control of the drone. Worst case the drone doesn't stay where you lost control and in the process of trying to regain control the battery dies sending it into a uncontrolled desent and depending on how high it was determines the amount of damage there might be. Also a worthy note I have noticed that it is possible to lose control of the drone even when the app is working. Imagine the app shutting down and the drone doesn't just hover but takes off flying around with no way to control it. It's possible it may hit a object possibly a house or a tree or a person near by. I feel it is to risky to operate the drone knowing that you will lose control of it. No matter what device you use or how you use it you will lose control of the drone putting other in harm's way.
The app is nice apart from having to kill app between uses. I reinstalled it to avoid firmware install and its worked fine since
How have you guys not updated this steaming pile of hot garbage? Wifi loses connection constantly. You can't use the controller without going into FPV and then it resets your controls!? How do you expect to compete with DJI when you provide no support.
Like it big Time. But yes seem to please it's self some times . Tip don't calibrate indoors . Wife tv modem ext will mess with it
I've flown my drone up to 60 feet up in height, and up to 100 feet in distance with no problems. Way to go Yuneec! Keep up the good work!
Very bad. Loose signal om s5 and s8+ just on 10 meters or so
Why is it that i have a Galaxy 8+ yet i cant even connect to my drone? Do you app folks fix anything or what? Unbelievable!
lose signal Every time
Video - pic editor not satisfactory
There's just too much wrong with this app and it can really spoil the fun of using an otherwise great drone. You have to restart the app every time you change the battery or reboot the drone. It won't find and connect to the drone if you don't. If you forget to close the app it will drain your battery. It takes 2-3% of my battery every hour just idling in the background, which really sucks when you're traveling. Sometimes, but luckily not as often as it used to anymore, the connection to the drone just drops mid-flight. I have been lucky enough to not have my drone crash when this happens, but several people complained that they lost control of the drone and had it crash into a building or a tree. My drone is set to just idle in the air and I quickly close the app, restart it and connect to the drone and get it back on the ground. This is also why you should always prepare to initiate the landing process of your Breeze once the drone's battery drops below 15-20%. I only ever use the Pilot mode with this app, the other modes scare the living hell out of me and I always felt like my drone is about to crash using them. You're just not in control at all, and a UAS no matter how small can pose a hazard to people and property around you. So using a mode where I'm not in control and letting an unreliable app take over is a huge no-no for me. Be advised! I doubt Yuneec could be held responsible for any injuries or damages to property as a result of a daulty auto mode since you as the pilot must always keep the drone in your sight. This could be a great app if Yuneec just finally got their stuff together and made this an actual working app for a great drone. It's a big disappointment and really sad to see it stay this way still.
I love it
Sadly since the update and firmware update, I am struggling to connect via WiFi on my Samsung S8. It is now losing signal mid flight causing dangerous situations
I've emailed Yuneec twice now with no response. The app is faulty, won't let me use me breeze BT controller w/o the FPV.On PILOT mode, the drone takes off maybe a foot, the immediately lands. I've managed to launch using the FPV mode, the. Switch to pilot since I don't have the headgear, but the info is all wrong. At roughly 50 feet up my device is telling me it's - 30 ft... This didn't happen until this dang update. I really this little drone, it's perfect for casual use when it works, but I've switched out for a new breeze, and the issues remain. I'm fairly certain this is an app/ firmware issue, but nobody seems interested in fixing it. I've got another 13 days left to return this free and clear, hopefully someone fixes things before then.
The drone dosent connect with any of my smart devices. And they dont tell you that it only pairs with two or three smart devices. Returning this device.
I was having problems with everything until I put my phone on airplane mode (galaxy s8) it may help some of you, it may not. But I went from nothing, to complete control with the controller as well..
really hard to use and synq up to drone..bumbed i paid 400 for a drone that uses this app..im going to try and refund my $ for drone cause this app stinks
Love at first but now with update drone disconnects at 140 feet. Crashed. Will be returning it, unless new update is available.
Bugged, can't use follow me mode, crash everytime.
Does not recognize wifi. It's going back.
Flight a lot . No issue. Use samsung galaxy tab E with 5Ghz WiFi. You can see my videos on Vimeo - Nature relaxation hd.
Too hard!!! Too complicated!!!
Amazing. Great controls and camera

I just got my Breeze for $200. Compared prices and features and I think it's a powerful toy/tool. I'm running into a couple of issues but I blame it on my lack of experience. It is too erratic to let it go to the automated modes. Pilot mode for me, at least until I'm sure I won't be losing wifi connection while in flight.
